-TerminatethisContractiftheContractororthePrintingServiceProviderfailstomeettheagreed-uponstandardsordeliverables.

b.TheClientisobligatedto:

-ProvideclearandaccurateinstructionstotheContractorandthePrintingServiceProvider.

-Paytheagreed-uponfeesfortheprintingservicesandanyadditionalservicesprovidedbythePrintingServiceProvider.

-Ensurethatallcontentanddesignssubmittedforprintingarelegallycompliantanddonotinfringeuponanythird-partyrights.

3.Contractor'sRightsandObligations:
