口譯筆記旳技巧Lecture6:Note-takinginInterpretingTheworstpenisbetterthanthebestmemory.I.TheimportanceoftakingnotesininterpretingOurshort-termmemoryalonecannotretaintheamountofinformationthespeakergivesintheactofinterpreting.Weneedtoemployothermeanstohelpwithourretainingandretrievalofinformation.Notesareanaidtoenhancetheworkofunderstanding,analysisandre-expression,thethreeactivitiesofconsecutiveinterpreting.Themainuseofnotesistorelievememory.Althoughaninterpretermayhaveunderstoodthemainideasofaspeech,itisalmostimpossibleforhim/hertorecallalltheelementsofafive-minutespeech,particularlyifitcontainsnumbers,names,lists,sincesuchelementscannotberecalledonthebasisofanalysisandlogic.II.FeaturesofNote-takinginInterpretation:1．Immediateness(即時(shí)性)
