1編制依據(jù)

1.1編制目的

為做好成都地鐵7號(hào)線一期工程土建1標(biāo)盾構(gòu)區(qū)間風(fēng)險(xiǎn)管理工作,全面地考慮在施

工中所能遇到的各種風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的狀況,進(jìn)行盾構(gòu)施工各階段的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別和評(píng)估,制定相應(yīng)的

風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制措施、專項(xiàng)方案以及應(yīng)急預(yù)案,從而進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)對(duì)盾構(gòu)施工危險(xiǎn)性較大的分部

分項(xiàng)工程的安全管理,積極防范和遏制施工生產(chǎn)安全事故的發(fā)生,保證盾構(gòu)施工的自身

安全和社會(huì)公共安全。特編制本方案。

1.2編制依據(jù)

(1)《危險(xiǎn)性較大的分部分項(xiàng)工程安全管理辦法》(建質(zhì)[2009]87號(hào));

(2)《關(guān)于完善施工現(xiàn)場管理人員配備的實(shí)施意見》(成建委[2008]101號(hào));

2工程概況

2.1工程位置

區(qū)間隧道由駟馬橋站始發(fā),沿駟馬橋路西行下穿沙河,沿云景灣項(xiàng)目旁小路穿過一

片空地后下穿成都鐵路局工務(wù)大修段家屬樓,出工務(wù)大修段家屬樓后下穿北新高架、荷

花池停車場及城北賓館,后穿過北站東二路后進(jìn)入荷花池社區(qū),出荷花池社區(qū)后沿站前

路到達(dá)火車北站東端頭。

2.2工程規(guī)模

火車北站-駟馬橋站起止里程為Y(Z)DKO+773.267-Y(Z)DK2+545.063,其中左線長

1770.866m(其中短鏈0.93m),右線長1771.796m,為雙孔圓形隧道,主要附屬工程包

括3個(gè)聯(lián)絡(luò)通道(2個(gè)含泵房)、4個(gè)洞門。
