7.DisputeResolution:

a.AnydisputearisingoutoforinconnectionwiththisContractshallbesettledthroughfriendlynegotiationsbetweentheparties.

b.Ifthepartiesfailtoreachanamicablesettlementwithinareasonableperiod,thedisputeshallbesubmittedtoarbitrationinaccordancewiththerulesofthe[ArbitrationInstitution].

8.GoverningLawandJurisdiction:
