3.DeliveryandShipment

3.2ThetransportationoftheGoodsshallbearrangedbytheSeller,andtheBuyershallbearalltransportationcostsandrisksassociatedwiththeshipment.

3.3UponthearrivaloftheGoodsatthedeliveryaddress,theBuyershallinspecttheGoodsandconfirmtheirreceiptwithinthree(3)daysfromthedateofdelivery.

4.PaymentTerms
