Themonitoringtimerofmicroprocessorisusedtosupervisethesoftwareoperation.Oncetheprogramhasproblemsduetosomeinterference,themonitoringtimercanforcethesystemtoresetandrestartautomatically.(2)防滑排風(fēng)閥的監(jiān)視由軟件并加相應(yīng)的診斷線路來完成。

Themonitoringofthenon-slipexhaustvalvesisaccomplishedbysoftwarewithcorrespondingdiagnosticcircuits.一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)某防滑排風(fēng)閥的電氣故障，立即切斷該防滑排風(fēng)閥的工作，該輪對也就失去了防滑保護(hù)。Oncetheelectricalfaultofanantiskidexhaustvalveisfound,theworkoftheantiskidexhaustvalveiscutoffimmediately,andthewheelsetlosesitsantiskidprotection.(3)程序運(yùn)行的監(jiān)視。

Thirdistomonitortheprogramoperation.一、防滑器的監(jiān)視、故障存儲(chǔ)和顯示及診斷功能由上述監(jiān)視功能所發(fā)現(xiàn)的各種故障，在防滑作用進(jìn)行必要的切斷或轉(zhuǎn)換的同時(shí)，將故障以代碼形式顯示和存入主機(jī)的故障存儲(chǔ)器。Whenthemonitorfunctionfindsvariousfaults,thefaultisdisplayedandstoredinthefaultmemoryofthehostcomputerintheformofcodewhiletheanti-skidfunctionisnecessarytocutofforconvert.在斷電時(shí)該存儲(chǔ)器所存故障信息能繼續(xù)保存，直到故障排除后人工清除存儲(chǔ)器內(nèi)容為止。Whenpoweriscutoff,thefaultinformationstoredinthememorycancontinuetobesaveduntilthecontentsofthememoryaremanuallyclearedafterthefaultiseliminated.為了便于查看故障以利維修，主機(jī)面板上設(shè)有“顯示”按鈕和2位數(shù)字LED顯示器。Inordertocheckthefaultsformaintenance,themainpanelisprovidedwithafault"display"buttonanda2-digitLEDdisplay.各故障預(yù)先按順序編了代碼，當(dāng)按下“顯示”按鈕3s左右，可根據(jù)所顯示的故障代碼對各故障部件進(jìn)行修理或更換。Eachfaultiscodedinsequenceinadvance.Whenthe"Display"buttonispressedforabout3s,eachfaultcomponentcanberepairedorreplacedaccordingtothedisplayedfaultcode.2．故障存儲(chǔ)及顯示功能FaultstorageanddisplayfunctionLED顯示顯示按鈕一、防滑器的監(jiān)視、故障存儲(chǔ)和顯示及診斷功能有關(guān)的故障在進(jìn)行修理或更換而恢復(fù)正常后，應(yīng)清除存儲(chǔ)器中的故障信息，可先按動(dòng)“顯示”按鈕，顯示“89”后每顯示一個(gè)故障代碼，按動(dòng)一次“清除”按鈕，原故障代碼變成“99”，表示該故障代碼已被清除。Whentherelatedfaultsreturnstonormalafterrepairorreplacement,itisnecessarytoclearthefaultinformationinthememory.Atthistime,itshouldpressthe"Display"buttonfirstly,andpressthe"Clear"buttoneverytimeafaultcodeisdisplayedafter"89"isdisplayed.再顯示一個(gè)故障代碼時(shí)，再按一次“清除”按鈕，以此類推，可把所有的故障信息全部清除。清除了全部故障顯示后，顯示器上顯示“88”。Whentheoriginalfaultcodebecomesto"99",itmeansthefaultcodehasbeencleared.Whenanotherfaultcodeisdisplayed,pressthe"Clear"buttonagain,andsoonuntilallfaultinformationiscleared.Afterallfaultsarecleared,"88"isdisplayedonthedisplay.診斷按鈕顯示按鈕清除按鈕3．故障信息的清除Clearfaultinformation一、防滑器的監(jiān)視、故障存儲(chǔ)和顯示及診斷功能當(dāng)防滑器電源接通后系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行診斷，主機(jī)立即對，對主機(jī)內(nèi)部的CPU，在施行常用全制動(dòng)之后進(jìn)行診斷，可獲得直觀的試驗(yàn)效果。按下“診斷”按鈕約3s，主機(jī)先對CPU、ROM、RAM逐項(xiàng)進(jìn)行檢查，然后對各輪對的速度傳感器進(jìn)行檢查，最后對各輪對防滑閥進(jìn)行檢查和試驗(yàn)。“診斷”功能按鈕用于對整個(gè)防滑系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行逐項(xiàng)檢查和試驗(yàn)，此功能只在靜止?fàn)顟B(tài)下使用4．自診斷及診斷試驗(yàn)功能Self-diagnosisanddiagnostictestfunction各存儲(chǔ)單元進(jìn)行例行檢查。Whenthepowersupplyoftheanti-skiddeviceisturnedon,thehostcomputerimmediatelydiagnosesthesystemandroutinelycheckstheCPUandstorageunitsinsidethehostcomputer.The"Diagnosis"functionbuttonisusedtocheckandtestthewholeaccelerationslipregulationitembyitem,andthisfunctionisonlyusedinthestateofrest.Theintuitivetestresultscanbeobtainedbydiagnosingafter

系統(tǒng)各部件正?！?9” 按鈕功能已開始執(zhí)行“87” CPU自檢“86” RAM自檢“85” ROM自檢“84” 車門控制觸點(diǎn)閉合“83” 速度傳感器自檢“82” 防滑排風(fēng)閥自檢“81” 下面將要顯示偶然性故障碼“99” 故障信息清除完畢代碼功能診斷順序一、防滑器的監(jiān)視、故障存儲(chǔ)和顯示及診斷功能階段排風(fēng)stageexhaust１.０s排風(fēng)保壓ventingandpressurization１.０s一次排風(fēng)primaryexhaust２.０s保壓keeppressureoff５.０s階段充風(fēng)phasecharging(geology)１.０s保壓keeppressureoff１.０s充風(fēng)supplythewind１.０s防滑排風(fēng)閥的試驗(yàn)過程為：Thetestprocedurefornon-slipexhaustvalvesis:每個(gè)輪對經(jīng)歷的試驗(yàn)時(shí)間為12s，輪對之間的試驗(yàn)間隔時(shí)間為10s。Thetesttimeexperiencedbyeachwheelpairwas12s,andthetestintervalbetweenwheelpairswas10s.診斷過程中若遇到列車啟動(dòng)，當(dāng)速度高于3km/h時(shí)，主機(jī)自動(dòng)停止診斷而轉(zhuǎn)入防滑主程序，并開始對各部分進(jìn)行運(yùn)行中的監(jiān)視。Ifthediagnosticprocessencountersatrainstart,whenthespeedishigherthan3km/h,themainframeautomaticallystopsthediagnosticandswitchestotheanti-skidmainprogram,andbeginstomonitoreachpartinoperation.診斷過程中發(fā)現(xiàn)的故障同樣以代碼形式存入存儲(chǔ)器中，并顯示故障碼，但并不影響防滑器的繼續(xù)運(yùn)行，這是由于ＴＦＸ1防滑器具有完善的切斷和轉(zhuǎn)換功能。Thefaultsfoundduringthediagnosticprocessarelikewisestoredinmemoryintheformofcodesandfaultcodesaredisplayed,buttheydonotaffectthecontinuedoperationoftheanti-slipdevice,duetothefactthattheTFX1anti-slipdevicehasawell-developedcut-offandconversionfunction.檢修人員應(yīng)根據(jù)顯示的故障部位及時(shí)檢修或更換部件。Theinspectorshouldpromptlyoverhaulorreplacethepartsaccordingtotheindicatedfaultareas.一、防滑器的監(jiān)視、故障存儲(chǔ)和顯示及診斷功能在防滑器主機(jī)面板上設(shè)有三個(gè)功能按鈕，分別為“診斷”、“顯示”、“清除”按鈕。Therearethreefunctionbuttonsonthemainpaneloftheskidsteer:"Diagnostics","Display"and"Clear".“診斷”按鈕在車輛處于靜止?fàn)顟B(tài)時(shí)使用，當(dāng)速度高于3km/h時(shí)，按鈕功能無效。The"Diagnostics"buttonisusedwhenthevehicleisatastandstill,andthebuttonfunctionisdisabledatspeedsabove3km/h.而“顯示”和“清除”按鈕還可用于車輛運(yùn)行狀態(tài)下故障碼的顯示與清除。要想使用某個(gè)功能按鈕，需按下該按鈕約3s，當(dāng)LED顯示器顯示“89”時(shí)，該按鈕的功能才能執(zhí)行。The"Display"and"Clear"buttonscanalsobeusedfordisplayingandclearingfaultcodeswhenthevehicleisrunning.Inordertouseafunctionbutton,itisnecessarytopressthebuttonforapprox.3s.WhentheLEDdisplayshows"89",thefunctionofthebuttoncanbeexecuted.5．功能按鈕的使用Useofthefunctionbuttons一、防滑器的監(jiān)視、故障存儲(chǔ)和顯示及診斷功能顯示代碼意義88系統(tǒng)各部件功能正常89按鈕開關(guān)已按下，其功能已開始執(zhí)行87CPU自檢86RAM自檢85ROM自檢83各速度傳感器檢查82各防滑排風(fēng)閥檢查81下面將顯示偶然性故障代碼99故障代碼已被清除6．功能代碼和故障代碼Functioncodesandfaultcodes一、防滑器的監(jiān)視、故障存儲(chǔ)和顯示及診斷功能ＴＦＸ1防滑器的故障代碼如表所示：ThefaultcodesfortheTFX1anti-slipareshowninthetable:顯示代碼意義88系統(tǒng)各部件正常88.系統(tǒng)各部件正常，但某些部件有偶然性故障，現(xiàn)已恢復(fù)正常，其故障代碼將在"81"代碼后面顯示1.0第一軸防滑排風(fēng)閥的充風(fēng)電磁鐵故障1.1第一軸防滑排風(fēng)閥的排風(fēng)電磁鐵故障2.0第二軸防滑排風(fēng)閥的充風(fēng)電磁鐵故障2.1第二軸防滑排風(fēng)閥的排風(fēng)電磁鐵故障3.0第三軸防滑排風(fēng)閥的充風(fēng)電磁鐵故障3.1第三軸防滑排風(fēng)閥的排風(fēng)電磁鐵故障4.0第四軸防滑排風(fēng)閥的充風(fēng)電磁鐵故障4.1第四軸防滑排風(fēng)閥的排風(fēng)電磁鐵故障5.0有兩條軸以上的防滑排風(fēng)電磁鐵故障7.0有兩條軸以上的速度部件出現(xiàn)固定故障7.1第一軸速度部件故障7.2第二軸速度部件故障7.3第三軸速度部件故障7.4第四軸速度部件故障表示系統(tǒng)已全部失去防滑作用其它表示系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)未確定性故障或數(shù)碼管有問題02相鄰軸速度部件互補(bǔ)與防滑作用自動(dòng)切換功能二、相鄰軸速度部件互補(bǔ)與防滑作用自動(dòng)切換功能TFX1型防滑器具有防滑作用的自動(dòng)切換功能。TFXlantiskiddeviceisqualifiedautomaticswitchingfunctionofanti-skidfunction.當(dāng)一轉(zhuǎn)向架中某一輪對上的速度傳感器發(fā)生故障時(shí)，在切斷該傳感器作用的同時(shí)，只要該輪對的防滑排風(fēng)閥良好，則該防滑排風(fēng)閥的動(dòng)作由同轉(zhuǎn)向架的另一輪對控制，即該輪對的防滑作用與另一輪對同步；Whenthespeedsensoronawheelsetinabogiefails,Atthesametimeofcuttingoffthefunctionofthesensor,theactionoftheantiskidexhaustvalveiscontrolledbyanotherwheelsetofthesamebogieaslongastheantiskidexhaustvalveofthewheelsetisgood,Thatis,theantiskidfunctionofthiswheelsetissynchronizedwiththatoftheotherwheelset.二、相鄰軸速度部件互補(bǔ)與防滑作用自動(dòng)切換功能當(dāng)某轉(zhuǎn)向架上2個(gè)輪對的速度傳感器發(fā)生故障時(shí)，此轉(zhuǎn)向架的2個(gè)防滑排風(fēng)閥交由另一轉(zhuǎn)向架的相應(yīng)輪對控制。Whenthespeedsensorsoftwowheelsetsonabogiefail,thetwoanti-skidexhaustvalvesofthisbogiearecontrolledbythecorrespondingwheelsetsofanotherbogie.以此類推，如果一輛車中4個(gè)防滑排風(fēng)閥良好，即使只剩下1個(gè)速度傳感器在正常工作，4個(gè)輪對都能得到保護(hù)。Byanalogy,iffouranti-skidexhaustvalvesinacararegood,evenifonlyonespeedsensorisworkingnormally,fourwheelsetscanbeprotected.如果所有速度傳感器全部故障，這輛車的防滑功能全部失效，但司機(jī)正常的制動(dòng)作用不受影響。Ifallthespeedsensorsfail,theanti-skidfunctionofthecarwillfail,butthenormalbrakingfunctionofthedriverwillnotbeaffected.當(dāng)一輪對的防滑排風(fēng)閥發(fā)生電氣故障時(shí)，該輪對的防滑功能被切斷，但不影響正常的制動(dòng)作用。Whentheanti-skidexhaustvalveofawheelsethasanelectricalfault,theanti-skidfunctionofthewheelsetiscutoff,butthenormalbrakingfunctionisnotaffected.03防滑器電源自動(dòng)通斷功能三、防滑器電源自動(dòng)通斷功能當(dāng)列車管壓力超過200kPa時(shí)，通過壓力開關(guān)的觸發(fā)，電源自動(dòng)接通。此時(shí)，防滑器面板上的電源指示燈點(diǎn)亮，表示防滑器已進(jìn)入正常工作狀態(tài)；當(dāng)列車管壓力低于160kPa后30min，電源自動(dòng)切斷，電源指示燈熄滅。Whenthetrainbrakingpipepressureexceeds200kPa/h,thepowersupplywillbeswitchedonautomaticallybytriggeringpressureswitch.Atthispoint,thepowerindicatorontheantiskidpanellightsup,whichindicatingtheantiskidhasenteredthenormalworkingstate;Whenthetrainbrakingpipepressureislowerthan160kPaeach30minutes,thepowersupplywillbecutoffautomaticallyandthepowersupplyindicatorlightwillgoout.TFX1型防滑器具有電源自動(dòng)通斷功能，正常情況下人工不必干預(yù)。TFXlantiskiddeviceisqualifiedautomaticon-offfunctionforpowersupply,itisnoneedtodomanualinterventionundernormalcircumstances.三、防滑器電源自動(dòng)通斷功能“診斷”和“顯示”兩按鈕除了具有本身的功能外，還具有接通電源30min的功能。The"Diagn
