2025攝影合同英文模板2025PhotographyContractTemplatePartiestotheAgreement:Thisagreementismadeandenteredintoasofthedayof,2025,byandbetween:Client:Name:Address:City,State,ZIPCode:Email:Phone:Photographer:Name:PhotographyBusinessName:Address:City,State,ZIPCode:Email:Phone:ContractNumber:DateofContract:DateofShoot:1.ScopeofServices1.1ServicesProvided:ThePhotographeragreestoprovideprofessionalphotographyservicesfortheClientonthedatespecifiedabove.Theservicesshallinclude,butarenotlimitedto,thefollowing:Providingprofessionalphotographyfortheeventorsessionasagreedupon.Editing,retouching,anddeliveringhigh-resolutiondigitalimages.Deliveringthefinaleditedimageswithindaysfollowingtheeventorsession.1.2NumberofImages:ThePhotographerwillprovideaminimumofeditedimages.AdditionalimagesmaybeprovidedatthePhotographer'sdiscretion.1.3Copyright:AllphotographstakenbythePhotographershallremainthesolepropertyofthePhotographer.TheClientshallreceiveanon-exclusive,royalty-freelicensetousethephotographsforpersonalorpromotionalpurposes,providedthatthePhotographeriscreditedasthephotographer.2.PaymentTerms2.1TotalFee:ThetotalfeefortheservicesprovidedbythePhotographeris$,whichincludesallaspectsofthephotographyservicesasoutlinedinthiscontract.2.2Deposit:Anon-refundabledepositof$isdueuponsigningthiscontract.Thedepositisappliedtowardthetotalfeeandisnon-refundableiftheClientcancelsthecontract.2.3FinalPayment:Theremainingbalanceof$isduedayspriortothedateoftheshoot.Ifthefinalpaymentisnotreceivedbythisdate,thePhotographerreservestherighttocancelthebookingwithoutanyfurthernotice.2.4LatePaymentFees:Ifpaymentisnotreceivedbytheduedate,alatefeeof$perdaywillbechargeduntilthepaymentisreceived.3.CancellationPolicy3.1ClientCancellation:IftheClientcancelsthecontract,thedepositisnon-refundable.Ifthecancellationoccurslessthandaysbeforethedateoftheshoot,theClientwillbechargedanadditionalpenaltyof$.3.2PhotographerCancellation:IntheeventofacancellationbythePhotographer,theClientwillreceiveafullrefundofanypaymentsmade,excludingthedeposit.4.InsuranceandLiability4.1Insurance:ThePhotographeragreestomaintainprofessionalliabilityinsurancethroughoutthedurationofthiscontract.Uponrequest,thePhotographerwillprovideproofofinsurancetotheClient.4.2Liability:ThePhotographershallnotbeliableforanydamagesorlosses,including,butnotlimitedto,lostimages,equipmentfailure,ordelayscausedbyweatherorotheruncontrollablecircumstances.5.AdditionalFees5.1AdditionalServices:ThePhotographermayofferadditionalservicessuchasphotoprinting,framing,oradditionalshootingtime.Suchserviceswillbechargedattherateof$perhourorasmutuallyagreeduponbybothparties.5.2TravelExpenses:IftheshootinglocationisoutsideofthePhotographer'sstandardcoveragearea(milesfromthePhotographer'sstudio),additionaltravelexpensesmayapply.Suchexpenseswillbediscussedandagreeduponinadvance.6.DeliveryofPhotos6.1MethodofDelivery:Thephotographswillbedeliveredviaelectronicmeans(e.g.,emailorsharedonlinestorage).6.2DeliveryTimeframe:Thephotographswillbedeliveredwithindaysaftertheeventorsession.Ifthereisadelayindelivery,thePhotographerwillnotifytheClientpromptlyandprovideareviseddeliverydate.6.3RevisionsandEdits:ThePhotographerwillprovideuptorevisionsoreditsperimage.Additionalrevisionswillbechargedatarateof$peredit.7.SessionsandEvents7.1DurationofShoot:Thephotographysessionshalllastforapproximatelyhours,unlessotherwiseagreedinwriting.7.2WeatherConditions:ThePhotographerwillmakereasonableeffortstoaccommodatetheshootintheeventofinclementweather.Iftheshootiscanceledduetoweather,thePhotographerwillattempttoreschedulewithindays.IftheClientcannotreschedule,thedepositwillbeappliedtoafuturebooking.8.ModelsandReleases8.1ModelReleases:Iftheshootinvolvesprofessionalmodelsorindividuals,theClientagreestoprovidethePhotographerwithsignedmodelreleases.TheClientisresponsibleforensuringthatallnecessarypermissionsareobtainedfortheuseofthephotographs.8.2RightstoUsePhotographs:TheClientagreesthatthePhotographerretainstherighttousethephotographsforpromotionalpurposes,includingbutnotlimitedtoadvertising,socialmedia,andportfoliouse.9.Miscellaneous9.1EntireAgreement:Thiscontractconstitutestheentireagreementbetweenthepartieswithrespecttothesubjectmatter.Noamendmentsormodificationsshallbeeffectiveunlessmadeinwritingandsignedbybothparties.9.2GoverningLaw:ThiscontractshallbegovernedbyandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsoftheStateof,withoutregardtoitsconflictoflawprovisions.9.3Severability:Ifanyprovisionofthiscontractisfoundtobeinvalidorunenforceable,theremainingprovisionsshallremaininfullforceandeffect.9.
