TESTINGPROCEDURE

4.1測(cè)試前檢查

Pre-TestingInspection

測(cè)試前檢查的目的是確保所有部件和系統(tǒng)在性能測(cè)試前處于令人滿(mǎn)意和安全的狀態(tài)。

同時(shí)進(jìn)行本階段設(shè)備材料的初步調(diào)整和檢驗(yàn),為即將進(jìn)行的功能性能測(cè)試鋪平道路。

Thepurposeofpre-testinginspectionistoensurethatallcomponentsandsystemsareina

satisfactoryandsafeconditionbeforeperformancetesting.Preliminaryadjustmentand

inspectionofequipmentandmaterialsatthisstageshallalsobecarriedoutatthesame

timetopavewayforthecomingfunctionalperformancetesting.

在進(jìn)行任何性能測(cè)試之前,承包商將確保安裝符合所有相關(guān)的法定要求和法規(guī)。

Beforecarryingoutanyperformancetesting,theContractorshallensurethatthe

installationcomplieswithallrelevantstatutoryrequirementsandregulations.

4.2性能測(cè)試

PerformanceTesting

性能測(cè)試的目的是證明設(shè)備/裝置可以滿(mǎn)足270000規(guī)范中指定的功能和性能要求。功

能性能測(cè)試應(yīng)從單個(gè)組件的測(cè)試到安裝中不同系統(tǒng)的測(cè)試進(jìn)行。

Thepurposeofperformancetestingistodemonstratethattheequipment/installationcan

meetthefunctionalandperformancerequirementsasspecifiedintheSpecification270000.

Functionalperformancetestshouldproceedfromthetestingofindividualcomponentsto

thetestingofdifferentsystemsintheinstallation.

specifications.Thetestingofsystemsmayhavetobecarriedoutinstagesdependingon

theprogressofwork.

必須評(píng)估功能性能測(cè)試期間發(fā)現(xiàn)的任何性能缺陷,以確定原因以及它們是否屬于合同

義務(wù)。在完成必要的糾正措施后,承包商將重復(fù)測(cè)試。

Anyperformancedeficienciesrevealedduringthefunctionalperformancetestsmustbe

evaluatedtodeterminethecauseandwhethertheyarepartofthecontractualobligations.

Aftercompletionofthenecessarycorrectivemeasures,theContractorshallrepeatthe

tests.

如果由于承包商無(wú)法控制的情況而無(wú)法完成任何測(cè)試,則應(yīng)將其妥善記錄并報(bào)告給業(yè)

主和監(jiān)理,然后由業(yè)主與有關(guān)各方聯(lián)絡(luò)以解決該情況。承包商應(yīng)在達(dá)到適當(dāng)?shù)臏y(cè)試環(huán)

境后立即恢復(fù)其測(cè)試工作。

Ifanytestcannotbecompletedbecauseofcircumstancesthatarebeyondthecontrolof

theContractor,itshallbeproperlydocumentedandreportedtotheOwnerandJianli,who

shallthenliaisewiththerelevantpartiestoresolvethesituation.TheContractorshall

resumehistestingworkimmediatelyupontheattainmentofasuitabletesting

environment.

4.3文件和可交付成果

DocumentationandDeliverables

承包商將其建議的測(cè)試方法說(shuō)明以及附錄c中所示的測(cè)試報(bào)告樣本提交給業(yè)主和監(jiān)理

以供審批。

TheContractorwillsubmithisproposedTestingMethodStatementtogetherwiththeTest

ReportSampleshowninAppend漢CtotheOwnerandJianliforapproval.

承包商將所有檢驗(yàn)和測(cè)試結(jié)果記錄在適當(dāng)?shù)臏y(cè)試記錄表中,并在每項(xiàng)單獨(dú)測(cè)試中注明

參考。

AllinspectionandTestingresultswillberecordedbytheContractorintheappropriatetest

recordforms,thereferenceofwhichisshownagainsteachindividualtest.

所有測(cè)試完成后,將提交測(cè)試結(jié)果供審查。交接之前,承包商應(yīng)與業(yè)主共同對(duì)業(yè)主代

表所選擇的銅攬和光纜進(jìn)行隨機(jī)抽樣測(cè)試,以驗(yàn)證其是否符合規(guī)范。
