6.Confidentiality

6.2TheobligationsofconfidentialityshallsurvivetheterminationorexpirationofthisContract.

7.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution

7.PartyB'sObligationsandLimitations

9.GoverningLawandDisputeResolution
