9、設(shè)備自動控制系統(tǒng)、安全系統(tǒng)、停車場管理系統(tǒng)、火災(zāi)自動報警和消防系統(tǒng)、通信和計算機網(wǎng)絡(luò)系統(tǒng)、綜合布線系統(tǒng)、廣播系統(tǒng)、有線電視系統(tǒng)、視頻會議系統(tǒng)等,超過10個子系統(tǒng)的集成。是我國第一個獨立于國內(nèi)建筑智能技術(shù)系統(tǒng)集成子系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。 1、20世紀的建筑設(shè)備監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展由1980年代的集中監(jiān)控開始,由于可靠性差、速度慢,1990年代后已經(jīng)很少使用,并取代了分布式控制。在1990年代末,隨著計算機技術(shù)、控制技術(shù)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)和通信技術(shù)開發(fā)和集成,監(jiān)控施工設(shè)備技術(shù)發(fā)展迅速。 2、 安全技術(shù)和安全措施也逐步發(fā)展,包括中央監(jiān)控、入侵警報、訪問控制(門)、巡邏削減等更多的周邊防御和其他子系統(tǒng)。安全系統(tǒng)從最初的子系統(tǒng)相互
