Uses mastercam CAD first to carry on the graph design on the computer, then establishes the cutting tool way in CAM, transforms the NC procedure type through the post-processing, transmits may carry on the processing immediately to the engine bed, thus saves the time, the resources and the product cost greatly. This article take the pump cover detail drawing processing design as an example, how software carried on the complex mechanism product using master the cam the processing design as well as how produces the numerical control instruction to carry on the study discussion. Key wordnumerical control technology, MasterCammastercam, processing design, cutting tool way, numerical control ,processing instruction.前 言 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文是專(zhuān)科生培養(yǎng)方案中的重要環(huán)節(jié)。學(xué)生通過(guò)畢業(yè)論文,綜合性地運(yùn)用幾年內(nèi)所學(xué)知識(shí)去分析、解決一個(gè)問(wèn)題,在作畢業(yè)論文的過(guò)程中,所學(xué)知識(shí)得到疏理和運(yùn)用,它既是一次檢閱,又是一次鍛煉。不少學(xué)生在作完畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)后,感到自己的實(shí)踐動(dòng)手、動(dòng)筆能力得到鍛煉,增強(qiáng)了即將跨入社會(huì)去競(jìng)爭(zhēng),去創(chuàng)造的自信心。畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文是專(zhuān)科學(xué)生在校學(xué)習(xí)期間最后一個(gè)綜合性教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié),目的是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生綜合運(yùn)用所學(xué)的基礎(chǔ)理論、專(zhuān)業(yè)知識(shí)和基本技能,分析與解決實(shí)際問(wèn)題的能力,使學(xué)生得到科學(xué)研究與科技開(kāi)發(fā)的初步訓(xùn)練,綜合檢驗(yàn)學(xué)生所學(xué)知識(shí)和技能,以完成學(xué)生從學(xué)習(xí)崗位到工作崗位的初步過(guò)渡。 畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文教學(xué)是注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生獨(dú)立工作能力和創(chuàng)造力,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生在設(shè)計(jì)論文中具有全局觀點(diǎn)、經(jīng)濟(jì)觀點(diǎn)及注重社會(huì)效益,同時(shí)培養(yǎng)學(xué)生具有高尚的思想品質(zhì)、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)目茖W(xué)態(tài)度、虛心好學(xué)協(xié)同工作的優(yōu)良作風(fēng)。畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)論文教學(xué)環(huán)節(jié)是一個(gè)綜合訓(xùn)練的環(huán)節(jié),對(duì)學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)及適應(yīng)社會(huì)需要具有深刻影響。就我個(gè)人而言,我希望能通過(guò)這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)對(duì)自己從事的工作進(jìn)行更深刻的了解,從中鍛煉自己分析問(wèn)題、解決問(wèn)題的能力。由于能力所限,設(shè)計(jì)尚有許多不足之處,懇請(qǐng)各位老師給予指教。 MasterCam簡(jiǎn)介Mastercam是美國(guó)CNC Software Inc.公司開(kāi)發(fā)的基于PC平臺(tái)的CAD/CAM軟件。它集二維繪圖、三維實(shí)體造型、曲面設(shè)計(jì)、體素拼合、數(shù)控編程、刀具路徑摸擬及真實(shí)感摸擬等到功能于一身。它具有方便直觀的幾何造型 Mastercam提供了設(shè)計(jì)零件外形所需的理想環(huán)境,其強(qiáng)大穩(wěn)定的造型功能可設(shè)計(jì)出復(fù)雜的曲線、曲面零件。 Mastercam9.0以上版本還有支持中文環(huán)境,而且價(jià)位適中,對(duì)廣大的中小企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō)是理想的選擇,是經(jīng)濟(jì)有效的全方位的軟件系統(tǒng),是工業(yè)界及學(xué)校廣泛采用的CAD/CAM系統(tǒng)。Mastercam不但具有強(qiáng)大穩(wěn)定的造型功能,可設(shè)計(jì)出復(fù)雜的曲線、曲面零件,而且具有強(qiáng)大的曲面粗加工及靈活的曲面精加工功能。其可靠刀具路徑效驗(yàn)功能使Mastercam可模擬零件加工的整個(gè)過(guò)程,模擬中不但能顯示刀具和夾具,還能檢查出刀具和夾具與被加工零件的干涉、碰撞情況,真實(shí)反映加工過(guò)程中的實(shí)際情況,不愧為一優(yōu)秀的CAD/CAM軟件。同時(shí)Mastercam對(duì)系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行環(huán)境要求較低,使用戶(hù)無(wú)論是在造型設(shè)計(jì)、CNC銑床、CNC車(chē)床或CNC線切割等加工操作中,都能獲得最佳效果。Mastercam具有強(qiáng)勁的曲面粗加工及靈活的曲面精加工功能。 Mastercam提供了多種先進(jìn)的粗加工技術(shù),以提高零件加工的效率和質(zhì)量。Mastercam還具有豐富的曲面精加工功能,可以從中選擇最好的方法,加工最復(fù)雜的零件。Mastercam的多軸加工功能,為零件的加工提供了更多的靈活性。 可靠的刀具路徑校驗(yàn)功能 Mastercam可模擬零件加工的整個(gè)過(guò)程,模擬中不但能顯示刀具和夾具,還能檢查刀具和夾具與被加工零件的干涉、碰撞情況。泵蓋零件草圖與生成圖 圖1-1圖1-2(一)端面加工路徑的生成一、設(shè)置工件圖1-3(1)定義工件尺寸1、直接在“job Seteup”對(duì)話框的X,Y和Z輸入工件尺寸。2、單擊“Select corners”?!癇ounding .box”,按鈕。(2)設(shè)置工件原點(diǎn)通過(guò)“Stock Origin”設(shè)置工作原點(diǎn)坐標(biāo)(0,0,25)。(3)設(shè)置工件材料通過(guò)“Materials”設(shè)置使用材料。(4)設(shè)置后之處理程序通過(guò)Post Processor設(shè)置后置處理程序。(5)其它參數(shù)設(shè)置1、工件顯示控制。選中“Display stock”在屏幕中顯示出設(shè)置的工件。選中“Fit screen to stock”,在進(jìn)行進(jìn)行“Fit screen”操作時(shí),顯示的對(duì)象包括設(shè)置的工作。2、 刀具路徑系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃。選中“Output operation comments to NCI”,“Generate toolpath immediately”,“save toolpath in MC9 file”“Assign tool numbers sequentially” 進(jìn)行刀具路徑系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃。3、 刀具偏移 “Tool Offset Registers”用來(lái)設(shè)置在生成刀具路徑設(shè)置時(shí)的刀具偏移值。選擇“Add”單選按鈕,將“Length”“Diameter”分別輸入0,0。4、 進(jìn)給量計(jì)算 “Feed Calculation”用來(lái)設(shè)置在加工時(shí)進(jìn)給量的計(jì)算方法。選擇“Material”按鈕,在“Minimum arc feed”輸入框中輸入:5000 圖1-4二,生成外形銑削刀具路徑 第一步Main MenuToolpathsJob setup系統(tǒng)彈出如圖1-3所示對(duì)話框。第二步. Main MenuToolpathsContourChain,選擇工件外形的串聯(lián)點(diǎn)擊“Done”,系統(tǒng)彈出如圖1-5所示對(duì)話框,圖1-4為路徑串聯(lián)圖.。 圖1-5第三步. 使用“Tool paremetes”參數(shù)對(duì)話框中設(shè)置刀具參數(shù)。并設(shè)置其他參數(shù)。如圖1-5所示。第四步.選擇對(duì)話框中的“外形銑削參數(shù)”標(biāo)簽,系統(tǒng)彈出如圖1-5所示對(duì)話框。見(jiàn)圖1-6所示?!巴庑毋娤鲄?shù)”選項(xiàng)中各參數(shù)的含義如下: 圖1-6第五步.單擊確定按鈕,系統(tǒng)即可按選擇的外形,刀具及設(shè)置的參數(shù)生成外形銑削刀具路徑。圖1-7為刀具路徑及仿真結(jié)果。圖1-7圖1-8三, 零件的上部輪廓進(jìn)行加工第一步.MAIN MENUtoolpathsjob setup,設(shè)置工件的參數(shù)如圖1-3。第二步. MAIN MENUtoolpathsContourChain,選擇工件外形的串聯(lián)點(diǎn)擊“Done”。系統(tǒng)彈出如圖1-9所示對(duì)話框,各參數(shù)設(shè)置如圖1-9,圖1-10為路徑串聯(lián)圖。圖1-9圖1-10第三步.其余的參數(shù)設(shè)置見(jiàn)“Tool paremetes”,“Contour paremetes”設(shè)置。第四步.單擊確定按鈕,系統(tǒng)即可按選擇的外形,刀具及設(shè)置的參數(shù)生成圖1-11所示的外形銑削刀具路徑。 圖1-11圖1-12(二),鉆孔加工第一步,MAIN MENUtoolpathsDrill進(jìn)入鉆孔子菜單。第二步,MANUALCenter,選取鉆孔點(diǎn),按ESC鍵完成選點(diǎn)后,將出現(xiàn)的鉆孔路徑,如圖2-1所示,然后選擇“Done”。圖2-1第三步,系統(tǒng)彈出“Drill”,在“Tool paremetes”參數(shù)框中選擇用于生成刀具路徑的刀具,使用中心鉆打中心孔,如圖2-2所示。圖2-2第四步,點(diǎn)擊“Sample no-peck”標(biāo)簽,設(shè)置鉆孔類(lèi)型及相應(yīng)的鉆孔參數(shù),如圖2-3所示。圖2-3第五步,選擇“OK”按鈕,系統(tǒng)即可按設(shè)置的參數(shù)生成鉆孔路徑。如圖2-4所示。圖2-4第六步,孔的加工。在“Tool paremetes”參數(shù)框中選擇用于生成刀具路徑的刀具,使用20的鉆頭進(jìn)行加工,如圖2-5所示. 圖2-5第七步,系統(tǒng)彈出“Drill”,在“Tool paremetes”參數(shù)框中選擇用于生成刀具路徑的刀具,使用中心鉆打中心孔,如圖2-6所示。圖2-6第八步,點(diǎn)擊“Sample no-peck”標(biāo)簽,設(shè)置鉆孔類(lèi)型及相應(yīng)的鉆孔參數(shù)。如圖2-7所示 圖2-7第九步,確定.完成鉆孔加工,生成如圖2-8的刀具路徑.圖2-8第十步,系統(tǒng)彈出“Drill”,在“Tool paremetes”參數(shù)框中選擇用于生成刀具路徑的刀具,使用中心鉆打中心孔,如圖2-9所示圖2-9第十一步,點(diǎn)擊“Sample no-peck”標(biāo)簽,設(shè)置鉆孔類(lèi)型及相應(yīng)的鉆孔參數(shù),如圖2-10所示圖2-10第十二步,確定.完成鉆孔加工,生成如圖2-11的刀具路徑圖2-11第十三步,系統(tǒng)彈出“Drill”,在“Tool paremetes”參數(shù)框中選擇用于生成刀具路徑的刀具,使用中心鉆打中心孔,如圖2-12所示圖2-12第十四步,點(diǎn)擊“Sample no-peck”標(biāo)簽,設(shè)置鉆孔類(lèi)型及相應(yīng)的鉆孔參數(shù),如圖2-13所示圖2-13第十五步,確定.完成鉆孔加工,生成如圖2-14的刀具路徑圖2-14第十六步,孔的加工。在“Tool paremetes”參數(shù)框中選擇用于生成刀具路徑的刀具,使用6的鉆頭進(jìn)行加工,如圖2-15所示.圖2-15(三)刀具路徑檢查通過(guò)Main MenuToolpathsOperations或通過(guò)Main MenuNc utils進(jìn)入刀具路徑檢查。下面使用Operations進(jìn)行刀具路徑檢查。系統(tǒng)彈出圖4-1對(duì)話框,各項(xiàng)的意義如下:(1)Change Post:改變后置處理程序。(2)NCI file:生成.NCI文件(3)NC file:生成.NC文件(4)Send machine:NC程序發(fā)送給數(shù)控機(jī)床。(5)OK,確定。(四)生成NC代碼圖4-11 Select All表示檢查所有刀具路徑,若欲檢查某一段加工路徑,則可選擇與檢查的加工路徑即可。2 Regen Path:重新生成刀具路徑。3 Backplot:重繪刀具路徑。4 Verify:模擬實(shí)體刀具路徑檢查。5 控制功能鍵見(jiàn)如圖所示。按加工按鈕計(jì)算機(jī)就會(huì)仿真零件的加工過(guò)程。加工后的零件見(jiàn)如圖4-1所示.圖4-26 Post后置處理,生成.NCI文件或.NC文件,NC文件即數(shù)控加工程序。選擇Post系統(tǒng)彈出如圖4-3對(duì)話4-37 OK,確定。(五)生成加工程序%O0000(PROGRAM NAME - 劉孝銀)(DATE=DD-MM-YY - 24-04-11 TIME=HH:MM - 22:05)N100G21N102G0G17G40G49G80G90( 8.
