概述11開發(fā)背景現(xiàn)在的社會日新月異，發(fā)展的非常快。學校的發(fā)展也是非常的快了，而且每年都有不同的要求。學生的量也非常的大，資料可能經(jīng)常性的發(fā)生更換，原來手工的管理模式就顯的不怎么的合適了。而且手工的數(shù)據(jù)是存放在多處的，沒有使用統(tǒng)一管理的模式，數(shù)據(jù)整理非常的麻煩，統(tǒng)計也困難,很多的情況下，老師都是在重復一些相同的工作。做一些相似的報表，這樣不但降低了工作效率，而且非常的容易出錯。在這種條件下，使用微機管理就顯的非常的合適了。只要你正確的錄入，統(tǒng)計，報表輸出一點問題都沒有的。學生做為學校的最主要的管理對象，學生檔案管理系統(tǒng)就成了學校信息化管理系統(tǒng)中中不可缺少的部分，它的內(nèi)容對于學校的管理者說都至關(guān)重要。但一直以來人們使用傳統(tǒng)人工的方式進行學生的檔案管理，這種管理方式存在著許多缺點,如:效率低,容易出錯，格式不規(guī)范。另外時間一長，不容易進行統(tǒng)計和分析。隨著科學技術(shù)的不斷提高,計算機科學日漸成熟，其強大的功能已為人們深刻認識，它已進入人類社會的各個領(lǐng)域并發(fā)揮著越來越重要的作用。作為計算機應用的一部分，使用計算機對學生檔案進行管理，具有手工管理所無法比擬的優(yōu)點。例如:檢索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存儲量大、壽命長、成本低等。這些優(yōu)點能夠極大地提高學校學生檔案管理的效率。因此，開發(fā)這樣一套管理軟件成為很有必要的事情。而且只要軟件的設(shè)計合理，可以為學校提供合理的管理模式。12開發(fā)運行環(huán)境在操作系統(tǒng)方面，雖然現(xiàn)在linux的發(fā)展速度非常的快，但是對于大多數(shù)的使用者來說，操作顯然沒有微軟的windows那么的流行和傻瓜化。而且現(xiàn)在計算機的運算速度已經(jīng)不能和以前相提并論了，而且硬件的價格也一天天的在下降了，所以也不用為了節(jié)省整體的造價而改用硬件要求很低的dos系統(tǒng)了。所以我們決定該檔案管理系統(tǒng)將運行在強大的工具來協(xié)助管理人員輕松地進行與數(shù)據(jù)庫的連接和管理。綜上所述，我們選擇了visual basic+sql來開發(fā)整個系統(tǒng)。第二章 系統(tǒng)分析和設(shè)計21系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)流程圖詳細調(diào)查的重點是對管理業(yè)務(wù)的流程進行描述，通過采用系統(tǒng)流程圖中部分圖形工具來描述管理活動，進行規(guī)范化說明。業(yè)務(wù)流程圖的符號說明如圖21所示：1、 2、 3、 4、 5、系統(tǒng)中人員 學生檔案管理系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)流程圖2.2系統(tǒng)邏輯模型的提出系統(tǒng)分析的主要成果是系統(tǒng)的邏輯模型。本系統(tǒng)的邏輯模型主要是以系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)流圖和數(shù)據(jù)字典為主要描述工具。即在對學生成績管理方式和業(yè)務(wù)流程進行認真分析和研究的基礎(chǔ)上，排除現(xiàn)有組織機構(gòu)和業(yè)務(wù)分工所造成的信息障礙。完全從業(yè)務(wù)管理功能和管理對象出發(fā)，按照信息系統(tǒng)中應有的數(shù)據(jù)流和數(shù)據(jù)結(jié)構(gòu)來勾畫系統(tǒng)的概貌。2.2.1數(shù)據(jù)流圖（簡稱為dfd）數(shù)據(jù)流圖是組織中信息運動的抽象。是在調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上，從系統(tǒng)的科學性、管理的合理性、實際運動的可行性角度出發(fā)。將信息處理功能和彼此之間的聯(lián)系自頂向下，逐層分解，從邏輯上精確地描述系統(tǒng)應具有的數(shù)據(jù)加工功能、數(shù)據(jù)輸入、數(shù)據(jù)輸出、數(shù)據(jù)存儲及數(shù)據(jù)來源和去向（外部實體）等項目。首先，分析學生檔案管理的總體情況，劃分系統(tǒng)邊界，識別系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)來源和去處，確定外部實體，得出系統(tǒng)的頂層數(shù)據(jù)流程圖；然后劃分出幾個主要的信息管理功能，并明確各功能之間的聯(lián)系，繪制出數(shù)據(jù)流程圖。數(shù)據(jù)流程圖的符號說明如圖23所示。學生檔案管理系統(tǒng)的頂層數(shù)據(jù)流程圖如圖24所示。學生檔案管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)流程圖如圖25所示 總體模塊劃分學生信息管理是一項非常重要的工作，它負責整個學校的檔案管理，學生資料管理成績管理等，教務(wù)工作者急切希望計算機提高工作效率。在各大中小學校中，用計算機管理學校的信息已經(jīng)越來有越普遍了。采用學生信息管理系統(tǒng)不僅可以節(jié)省人力物力，而且增強學校資料的安全性，提高了學校的管理能力在第一章的開發(fā)背景中已經(jīng)說明了本學生檔案管理系統(tǒng)的流程了,于是在下面的這個功能設(shè)計中，我們將針對這里的流程進行設(shè)計。我們把系統(tǒng)功能分為如下圖。學生檔案管理系統(tǒng)班級管理學生檔案管理課程管理成績管理系統(tǒng)管理231、登陸系統(tǒng)對于這類系統(tǒng)如果誰都能登陸到本系統(tǒng)的話，系統(tǒng)里面的數(shù)據(jù)將非常的危險和有可能會受到蓄意破壞者的攻擊了。考慮到數(shù)據(jù)的安全性，用戶必須擁有密碼才能夠登陸到本系統(tǒng)的主頁面。232、主頁面有5個菜單。分別為。系統(tǒng)管理，學生檔案管理，班級管理，課程管理，成績管理。對于這個主頁面。我們可以完成所有對學生檔案的管理，修改，查詢。方便登陸的用戶進行一系列的操作，提供了方便。24各個模塊的功能系統(tǒng)管理：系統(tǒng)菜單包括有兩個功能添加用戶對于一個系統(tǒng)來說，永遠不可能只是存在一個用戶，用戶的添加體現(xiàn)了這個系統(tǒng)的方便靈活性，適合多人來使用。所有設(shè)計了這個功能是理所當然的。學生檔案管理：包括添加檔案菜單，檔案瀏覽菜單。檔案添加正如一個添加用戶一樣。永遠不可能只是存在一個學生的學籍信息，學生畢業(yè)后會有新的學生進來，自然要添加新的學生學籍信息。這個菜單恰好提供這個功能，檔案瀏覽當我們將學生的學籍信息存放在數(shù)據(jù)庫中，最大的方便就是我們有需要知道學生的學籍信息時能夠及時查詢到。因為人的記憶有限，不可能記得住所有學生的學籍信息以及相關(guān)的一系列資料，所以就要靠查詢學籍信息來實現(xiàn)了。這個菜單的功能最大的優(yōu)點就是方便。班級管理單：包括班級瀏覽菜單，班級添加菜單 班級添加菜單 每一年，學校都會增見新的年級，因此就會有新的班級信息添加。 班級瀏覽菜單可以方便學校統(tǒng)一瀏覽班級的信息課程管理菜單：包括基本課程設(shè)置，基本課程設(shè)置 可以對課程的信息進行修改增加班級課程設(shè)置 可以選擇班級相應的課程。成績管理菜單：包括添加添加成績，修改成就，查詢成績?？荚囶愋驮O(shè)置不同的功課自然有不同的成績。我們針對這個提前對考試類型做下設(shè)置。方便學校同學老師查成績。 成績添加 現(xiàn)今的教育 ，學生的成績是體現(xiàn)學生在學校的表現(xiàn)之一。也可以作為對學生評價的準則之一。因次添加學生的成績是比較重要的一個功能。成績?yōu)g覽一個完成的學生管理系統(tǒng)，自然要提供學生的查詢，方便學生和老師25
