北京建筑工程學(xué)院土木工程專業(yè)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(論文) 第 5 頁摘要本工程為公寓式辦公樓 所謂“公寓式辦公樓”,是指單元式小空間劃分、每個單元平均建筑面積不大于150平方米、有獨立衛(wèi)生設(shè)備的辦公建筑。此種物業(yè)因面積較小且相對獨立,較適合小型公司辦公,但它仍屬辦公樓而非住宅。一、工程概況: 1、工程所在地:豐臺區(qū)靛廠路 2、工程名稱:錦鼎商務(wù)大廈 3、建筑面積:12900平方米 4、層數(shù):地上9層,地下2層 5、層高:首層層高為4米,二層至九層層高均為3.2米,室內(nèi)外高差0.45米。6、外圍護(hù)墻采用250mm陶??招拇u砌塊墻體(外保溫),內(nèi)墻采用150mm陶??招拇u砌塊墻體7、 結(jié)構(gòu)體系:框架-剪力墻8、 主要建筑材料:鋼筋、混凝土、砂漿、陶粒空心磚砌塊9、 防火要求:采用高層民用建筑設(shè)計防火規(guī)范GB50045-95(2001年版)。建筑分類為二類,地上地下均為1級 電梯:設(shè)四部液壓電梯,其中一部為消防電梯, 樓梯:設(shè)兩部樓梯,均為封閉樓梯二、建筑設(shè)計 1、建筑設(shè)置三個出入口,其中西側(cè)主出入口與北側(cè)出入口均設(shè)有無障礙坡道 2、平面布置:首層設(shè)置庫藏室、資料室、接待室、廳室、安保監(jiān)控室、物業(yè)管理,二層至九層為辦公區(qū)。 3、中型會議室按照無桌椅,即0.8平米每人,70人使用來設(shè)計;小型會議室按照有桌椅,即1.8平米每人,30人使用來設(shè)計 4、設(shè)備專業(yè)用房每層1間,20 -30 m 5、使用人數(shù)規(guī)??刂疲喊?00人,男女比例7:3三、結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計 結(jié)構(gòu)形式現(xiàn)澆鋼筋混凝土框架剪力墻結(jié)構(gòu); 樓蓋結(jié)構(gòu)樓蓋及屋蓋采用普通鋼筋混凝土現(xiàn)澆樓板; 1、結(jié)構(gòu)計算內(nèi)容 (1) 荷載計算。 (2) 樓蓋與屋蓋設(shè)計。 (3) 地震作用與綜合框架與剪力墻的剛度計算。 (4) 地震作用計算與位移驗算。 (5) 地震作用下綜合框架與剪力墻內(nèi)力計算,地震作用一榀框架一榀內(nèi)力 計算。 (6) 重力荷載作用下框架內(nèi)力計算。 (7) 框架內(nèi)力組合。 (8) 框架梁與柱配筋計算。 (9) 剪力墻內(nèi)力與配筋計算。 (10) 基礎(chǔ)設(shè)計。關(guān)鍵詞:公寓式辦公樓、框架-剪力墻、混凝土、無障礙、現(xiàn)澆AbstractThis project is the apartment-office building The so-called apartment building refers to the space divided into small units, whose average floor area is not more than 150 square meters with every unit , and an office building with separate sanitary facilities. This architecture form is more suitable for small companies because of the smaller and relatively independent.But it is still an office buildings rather than dwelling house. First, the profile of the project: 1, Location: Dian-Chang Road, Fengtai District. 2, Name: Jin-Ding Commercial Building. 3, The architectural area: 12,900 square meters. 4, Rise: 9 on the ground floor, the ground floor of 2 storey. 5, story height: the first story is 4 meters high, and others are 3.2 meters high. The difference between indoor and outdoor are 0.45 meters high. 6, The building envelope outside is the ceramsite hollow block of 250 thickness (the insulation outside), and the interior walls is 150. 7, The structural system: a frame-sheer wall structure. 8, The main construction materials: steel, concrete, mortar, ceramic hollow brick block. 9, The fire safety requirements: the fire safety in the design of tall buildings of GB50045-95 (2001). The Classified of the building is II, and the fire safety requirement of the whole building is the first. Elevator: four hydraulic elevators, one of them is for the firemans lifts, Staircase: two for the stairs, all of them are the closed stairs. Second, the architectural design 1, Three access, of which is the main in the west side ,which is equipped with barrier-free ramp and the same as the door in the northern side. 2, Layout: There are storehouse, reference room, reception room, hall, security and supervisor room, property management Room, from two floor to nine are offices.3, Medium-sized conference room which except for tables and chairs. That is 0.8 square meters per person and 70 people in all; Small conference rooms which in accordance with tables and chairs. That is 1.8 square meters per person and 30 people in all. 4, There is an equipment room on each floor, which is ahout 20 to 30 square meters 5, the scale of people : 600 people, and male to female ratio is 7:3 .Third, the structural design Structure style: the frame-sheer wall of the cast-in-place reinforced concrete structure; Floor construction : the floor and roof are cast-in-place reinforced concrete floor slab; 1, the structure calculations (1) Load computation. (2) The floor and roof design. (3) The role and the Integrated Framework for the earthquake and the stiffness of shear wall calculation. (4) The role of earthquake displacement calculation and checking. (5) under the Integrated Framework for the earthquake and the wall of internal forces.
