1、持續(xù)適航維修方案1.概述 GENERALA.本持續(xù)適航維修方案對(duì)按時(shí)限規(guī)定進(jìn)行的飛機(jī)各系統(tǒng),結(jié)構(gòu)和動(dòng)力裝置的全部例行檢查或維護(hù)工作以及附件控制給予概括性規(guī)定,以便檢測或預(yù)防可能對(duì)飛機(jī)適航性有影響的任何故障。This Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP)gives a summary of all checks or tasks to be periodically performed on airframe systems, structure and power plants in order to detect or to

2、prevent any fault which could affect the airworthiness of the aircraft.B.中國國際航空公司的737300持續(xù)適航維修方案包括全部機(jī)身系統(tǒng),動(dòng)力裝置,結(jié)構(gòu)和區(qū)域例行的維修要求,這些要求編成工卡按照具體的維修間隔時(shí)間在飛機(jī)上完成。The 737-300 Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP)of AIR CHINA includes all airframe systems, power plant, structural and zonal routine ma

3、intenance requirements which result in tasks to be performed on the aircraft at specific maintenance intervals.C.持續(xù)適航維修方案是制訂工卡的基礎(chǔ)文件,項(xiàng)目均按ATA-100規(guī)范安排。This Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program shall be the fundamental document for Job-Card preparation. The items included in the Maintenance Sche

4、dule are arranged per ATA 100 specification. D.本持續(xù)適航維修方案分為四大部分,第一部分為系統(tǒng)維護(hù),第二部分為結(jié)構(gòu)區(qū)域檢查,第三部分為腐蝕預(yù)防與控制,第四部分為部件控制。每部分頁號(hào)分別為1-,2-,3-,4-。|The Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program have four parts. CAMP-I is systems maintenance. CAMP-II is configuration zone check. CAMPIII is corrosion prevention and c

5、ontrol. CAMP-IV is component control. Each part page is l,2-,3-,4-.2.編寫依據(jù) BASELINE中國國際航空公司B737-300持續(xù)適航維修方案,是根據(jù)FAA批準(zhǔn)的該機(jī)型的維護(hù)審查委員會(huì)報(bào)告MRB和波音公司MPD文件(D6-38278B版)最新版編訂的。MPD文件中的CMR項(xiàng)目由FAA航空器審查辦公室批準(zhǔn),航空公司必須遵循其所規(guī)定的維修工作要求,不允許超過其規(guī)定的時(shí)限。|The B737-300 Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP)of AIR CHINA is

6、 based on the “Maintenance Review Board Report(MRB)-Boeing Model 737-300 Maintenance Program by FAA and Boeing document (D6-38278B版)B737-300 Maintenance P1anning Data (MPD latest rev).And the Certification Maintenance Requirement (CRM)” covered in MPD are approved by FAA aircraft certification offic

7、e, with which the maintenance task specified are mandatory and not allowed to exceed the defined limit.3.修改 REVISION持續(xù)適航維修方案將根據(jù)中國國際航空公司飛機(jī)維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn)、波音公司MPD和維護(hù)手冊、適航當(dāng)局要求、波音公司或協(xié)作廠頒發(fā)的服務(wù)通告等文件資料進(jìn)行修改。每3個(gè)月進(jìn)行一次正式修改,不滿3個(gè)月的為臨時(shí)修改。This Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP) will be revised every 3 months/

8、less than 3 months is the temporary revision, in order to include Air China Aircraft Maintenance experience and Boeing MPD, Maintenance Manual and other related Document Revisions, Airworthiness Authority requirement and Boeing or Vendor Service Bulletin information.4.責(zé)任 RESPONSIBILITY國航機(jī)務(wù)工程部工程管理部門負(fù)

9、責(zé)持續(xù)適航維修方案(CAMP)的編寫,報(bào)批,修改和出版。系統(tǒng)工程師負(fù)責(zé)ATA章節(jié)中的具體內(nèi)容。The CCA-Engineering Department is responsible for the preparation of the Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance Program (CAMP).The system Engineer shall prepare the ATA chapter of CAMP.5.批準(zhǔn) APPROVAL持續(xù)適航維修方案原版及其修改版在作為中國國際航空公司的法定性文件之前,必須得到中國民航華北管理局適航處(RAD)的

10、批準(zhǔn)。The original CAMP. and major revision thereof must be approved by the Airworthiness Division, North China Administration,(RAD)prior to becoming the legal AIR CHINA document.6.有效性 VALIDITY本CAMP適用于中國國際航空公司的下列波音B737-300飛機(jī)。The CAMP is valid for the following AIR CHINA Boeing B737-300 aircraft.7維修間隔 M

11、aintenance Interval在CAMP中大多數(shù)例行檢查工作的執(zhí)行間隔按照“字母檢查”給定,例如:1A,2A,4A,8A,1C等?!白帜笝z查”和其它檢查的定義如下:The majority of scheduled maintenance tasks listed in this CAMP identify the check-Interval of accomplishment in terms of a letter check,e.g.1A,2A,4A,8A,1C,etc.The letter checks and the other checks are defined as

12、follows:A.航線維護(hù):Line Maintenance a.航前/過站檢查(PF/T)pre-flight/Transit-check(PF/T)在每日的第一次飛行前和所有航站航線上應(yīng)該執(zhí)行航前/過站檢查。航前/過站檢查的基本工作是“繞飛機(jī)一周”檢查。目視檢查飛機(jī)內(nèi)外是否有明顯的損壞,滲漏,缺件,各種設(shè)備是否工作正常,按需做勤務(wù)工作,機(jī)內(nèi)清潔工作,排除機(jī)組和地勤人員反映的影響放飛的故障。這些工作是在客機(jī)坪和停機(jī)坪上執(zhí)行。The pre-flight/transit-check(PF/T)shall be performed before the first flight of each

13、 day and at all eroute stops. It is basically a walk-around inspection of the aircraft interior and exterior for obvious damage leaks, missing parts, proper operating equipment and security of attachment, servicing as required, cleaning of cabin, rectification of NO-GO flight/ground complaints. Work

14、 to be performed at ramp position.b.航后檢查(AF)After-flight check(AF)對(duì)營運(yùn)中的飛機(jī),每24小時(shí)之內(nèi)必須執(zhí)行一次航后檢查,即使在特別的情況下,檢查間隔也不能超過48小時(shí)。在航后檢查中,排除空/地勤人員反映的故障及保留故障,按需進(jìn)行機(jī)內(nèi)外清潔工作,這些工作是在指定航站執(zhí)行。After-flight check shall be performed at least once every 24 hours while aircraft is in service. However, if exceptiond circumstances

15、 arise the in-service time between a check item shall not exceed 48 elapsed hours. During AF check, rectify flight/ground complaints and deferred defects, clean the interior and exterior if required. Work to be performed at an assigned station.說明: B737-300 MPD中所規(guī)定的DAILY CHECK項(xiàng)目在CAMP中規(guī)定為航后檢查項(xiàng)目。Note:

16、The daily check item in B737-300 MPD is defined as After-flight item in the CAMP.B.低級(jí)維修 Light Maintenance a. A檢: 250飛行小時(shí)A Check: 250FH B737-300飛機(jī)持續(xù)適航維修方案采用lA,2A,4A,8A維修間隔,在每一次A檢中完成所規(guī)定的A檢項(xiàng)目,這些工作是在指定的維修基地完成。!Them are four “A” check intervals specified for B737-300 Continuous Airworthiness maintenance

17、Program maintenance (1A,2A,4A,8A).During an “A” check ,accomplish all applicable A check items. Work to be performed at an assigned maintenance base.b. C檢: 4,000飛行小時(shí)C Check: 400OFHB737-300飛機(jī)持續(xù)適航維修方案維采用lC,2C,3C,4C維修間隔,每次C檢,完成所有A檢項(xiàng)目,和規(guī)定的C檢項(xiàng)目,這些工作在指定維修基地完成。There are Four C check intervals specified for

18、 B737-300 continuous Airworthiness maintenance Program (1C, 2C, 3C, 4C).During a “C” check, accomplish all A items and applicable C items. Work to be performed at an assigned maintenance base.說明:B737-3OOMPD中所規(guī)定的6C項(xiàng)目在本CAMP中規(guī)定為D檢項(xiàng)目,并且在本CAMP中時(shí)間間隔規(guī)定為24,000飛行小時(shí)的結(jié)構(gòu)檢查項(xiàng)目,應(yīng)按D檢項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行。Note: The 6C item in B737-3

19、OO MPD is defined as D-Check item in the CAMP. 20、: structural inspections corrosion inspection and protection extensive inspections and tests of airframe and systems cabin refurbishment(per modification exterior paint all A and C check items landing gear overhaul as required8.飛機(jī)稱重和平衡: Aircraft Weight & Balance根據(jù)制造廠的技術(shù)說明書,所有飛機(jī)都應(yīng)稱重,以確定其空機(jī)重量和空機(jī)重心。通常在

21、下列情況下進(jìn)行稱重:All aircraft shall be weighed to determine the Empty Weight and Empty CG. Per the manufacturer s instructions. In general, aircraft shall be weighed:a).不超過4年,進(jìn)行一次稱重。At intervals not exceeding 4years.b).在實(shí)施大范圍的改裝和/或修理后,中國國際航空公司/飛機(jī)維修單位從安全方面考慮,認(rèn)為應(yīng)當(dāng)重新稱重時(shí)應(yīng)重新稱重。(除非重量和重心的變化可以被計(jì)算出)After extensive

22、modification and /or repair, Air China /Aircraft Maintenance Unit considers it should be reweigh in the interest safety.(unless the weight and C.G. Change could be calculated)c)簽發(fā)合格證 Issue of Certification 飛機(jī)每次稱重后,飛機(jī)維修單位工程部門應(yīng)當(dāng)填寫一份飛機(jī)重量與平衡報(bào)告,該報(bào)告由持有該機(jī)型維修執(zhí)照的責(zé)任工程師簽署,并送國航有關(guān)部門。Each time an aircraft is weig

23、hted, an aircraft weight and balance report shall be completed and certified by a responsible engineer with a maintenance license for the aircraft type in Aircraft Maintenance Unit Engineering. The report shall be distributed to Air China associated department.9.標(biāo)準(zhǔn)飛行時(shí)間的定義 Definition of Standard Flig

24、ht Time針對(duì)定期維護(hù)檢查的計(jì)劃而言“標(biāo)準(zhǔn)飛行時(shí)間”一詞的定義如下:with reference to the planning procedures for scheduled maintenance checks the term standard Flight Time is defined as follows:維修間隔時(shí)限規(guī)定的維修檢查不得超過計(jì)劃飛行(1)終了的時(shí)限。The maintenance checks specified in interval limitation must not exceed the end of a scheduled flight progr

25、am (1).但是,如飛行計(jì)劃要超出正常的飛行時(shí)間(2), 相應(yīng)地,維修時(shí)間就會(huì)因一些特殊情況超出飛機(jī)航行部門的控制(如:備降遇到強(qiáng)逆風(fēng),等待(空中),延誤,航班取消而順延)。維護(hù)檢查計(jì)劃(以飛行小時(shí)或日歷時(shí)間計(jì)算)就會(huì)超出時(shí)限,以使飛機(jī)能完成飛行計(jì)劃直至到達(dá)此特定飛行計(jì)劃規(guī)定的維修航站(3)。If, however, a flight program should exceed the normal standard flight time (2), respectively the scheduled layover time due to events that are beyond t

26、he control of the Aircraft Routing Dept. (e.g. alternate landings, strong head-winds, holdings delays, cancellations), then the maintenance checks (flight hours or calendar time) may be exceeded as far as is necessary for the aircraft to complete its flight program until reaching the maintenance sta

27、tion (3) determined for this particular flight program.解釋: Explanations:(1).飛行計(jì)劃: 是指飛機(jī)由事先規(guī)定的維修場站起飛,經(jīng)沿途各航站,再飛回該維修場站,或飛到另一個(gè)予定維修場站。. Flight Program: Is a flight of a certain aircraft from a certain predetermined maintenance station, via several line stations, back to that maintenance station, or to ano

28、ther predetermined maintenance station.(2).正常標(biāo)準(zhǔn)飛行時(shí)間: 是指提前計(jì)算好的飛行時(shí)間,以其作為控制飛機(jī)航行及使用的基準(zhǔn)。. Normal Standard Flight Time: Is the time which has been calculated beforehand and will serve as a basis for aircraft routing and operational control. (3).維修航站: 本文所指的航站是指可以進(jìn)行勤務(wù)維護(hù)和更高級(jí)別檢查的航站。. Maintenance Station: In t

29、his context is a station where service checks and higher checks are performed.10.表格欄目解釋 Explanation of the Format Layout(1).項(xiàng)次欄 Item Number在CAMP中每一個(gè)項(xiàng)目有一個(gè)項(xiàng)目號(hào),所有項(xiàng)目均以ATA章節(jié)來分類,項(xiàng)目號(hào)是指該項(xiàng)目在CAMP中的參考位置。Each item in the CAMP has a number. Together with the ATA chapter, it is the reference for the location with

30、in the CAMP.刪除的項(xiàng)目號(hào)不應(yīng)再作新的項(xiàng)目號(hào),并應(yīng)在內(nèi)容說明欄內(nèi)前面注明“此項(xiàng)目取消”。Number for items which are deleted shall never be used for a new subject and the word Deleted shall be carried forward.新項(xiàng)目可以使用順延的空白項(xiàng)目號(hào)。For the new items nest free number can be used.(2).內(nèi)容說明欄 Description用簡明的句子說明要執(zhí)行的工作內(nèi)容。A short description of the work

31、 to be performed.(3).區(qū)域欄. Zone這一欄目注明執(zhí)行該項(xiàng)目工作所設(shè)涉及的區(qū)域,這些區(qū)域按照波音B737-300飛機(jī)的區(qū)域體制劃分。The zones concerned with the task, using the Boeing zoning system for the Boeing737-300.(4).接近欄 Access這一欄目注明執(zhí)行該項(xiàng)目的工作,要求打開的接近門蓋板的編號(hào)。The Access Panel/Door Number required to be opened to perform the task are indicated.(5).參考資

32、料欄 Reference這一欄目指明在任一執(zhí)行的檢查中,所參考的提供給國航專用的(最新修改版)維護(hù)手冊。對(duì)各項(xiàng)專門檢查注明參考的ATA章號(hào),分章號(hào)和章節(jié)頁次號(hào)(如需要還注明項(xiàng)目號(hào)碼)。對(duì)由機(jī)組執(zhí)行的項(xiàng)目,參考資料欄章節(jié)僅選自專門提供給國航,經(jīng)最新改版插頁的“波音飛機(jī)使用手冊”。為闡明問題還注明參考其它規(guī)定的有效文件。其中包括MRB、MPD、CMR和CAD/AD等文件。飛機(jī)稱重按照“飛機(jī)載重與平衡手冊”執(zhí)行。任何修理按波音737-300“結(jié)構(gòu)修理手冊”,“大修手冊”或工程指令執(zhí)行。腐蝕的防護(hù)和控制措施按照“防腐手冊”(CPM)執(zhí)行。Defined reference to the 737 Mai

42、ea, Visual thorough examination is including all normal work as required to check for proper attachment, play, loosening, interference, corrosion, cracks etc.E4.檢查4 EXAMINATION4用下列輔助手段詳細(xì)進(jìn)行檢查,這些不同的檢查方法,在專門的文件中,予以具體規(guī)定。如:a).超聲波b).X光照相c).渦流探傷d).著色滲漏檢查e).共振檢查(用輕敲的方法)用來判定任何粘接面板有無分層脫膠。其方法是在離要檢查地點(diǎn)大約10厘米處輕敲粘

43、接金屬板和蜂窩板的表面。f).放大鏡檢查使用上述任何一種方法都要清楚的說明。Detailed examination under usage of devices, these various inspection methods are defined in specific documents for instance: a).Ultrasonicb).Radio graphicc).Eddy current d).Dye penetratye).Resonance (by tapping). This method, used for detecting any panel bond s

44、eparation, consists in slightly tapping the surface of bonded sheet metal and honeycomb panel at spots approximately 10 cm apart. f).Magnifying glass The use of any of this methods is to be clearly stated.S.勤務(wù) SERVICING這項(xiàng)工作可包括下述任何一項(xiàng):a).用油脂,注油槍,噴射罐,刷子或噴槍方法進(jìn)行定期潤滑。b).檢查液面并按要求加添溶液到規(guī)定的液面。c).清潔工作This task

45、 can involve one of the following:a). Regular lubrication using grease, gun, squirt can, brush or spray.b). Fluid level check with refilling to proper level as required.c). Cleaning系統(tǒng)和附件的工作情況檢查: 在維修計(jì)劃中,應(yīng)列出對(duì)執(zhí)行這些工作有詳細(xì)說明的維修手冊和其它程序手冊。FUNCTIONAL/OPERATIONAL CHECK OF SYSTEMS OR COMPONENTS:A reference to t

46、he detailed description of these tasks or other Procedure in the Maintenance Manual should be given in the maintenance schedule.F1 工作情況檢查(OP/C) OPERATIONAL CHECK(OP/C)是一種質(zhì)量檢查用以確定該系統(tǒng)或附件是否正常的工作。不要求作規(guī)范測定。A qualitative check to determine that a system or component is operating in normal and intended man

Dose not require quantitative tolerances.F2 功能檢查(F/C) FUNCTIONAL CHECK(F/C)是一種規(guī)范檢查用以確定該系統(tǒng)或附件的一個(gè)或更多的功能是否在規(guī)范要求的極限值以內(nèi)。A quantitative check to determine if one or more functions of a system or component performs within specified limits. M1 測量(不作記錄) MEASUREMENT(WITHOUT RECORDING)對(duì)間隙,行程,力矩,壓力,液面,鋼索張力

48、,電流,電壓,電阻等進(jìn)行測量,以保證某項(xiàng)部件在公差范圍內(nèi)。Is a measurement of play, travel, torque, pressure, level, cable tension, current, voltage, resistance, etc to ensure that an item is within tolerances.M2 測量(作記錄) MEASUREMENT(WITH RECORDING)同上,但所測量的實(shí)際數(shù)值應(yīng)記錄在記錄本或工作卡上。As above, but actual figures shall be noted and entered

49、in to the record book or cards.W1 導(dǎo)線/接頭檢查 WIRE/CONNECTOR CHECK目視檢查。不脫開接頭和導(dǎo)線束。Wiring/Connector.
