1、用電安全管理規(guī)定Electrical Safety Regulations3.1 營地用電設施配置 Electricity configuration of camp3.1.1 營地使用發(fā)電機發(fā)電，通過配電箱分路控制營地電路，發(fā)電機及配電箱需安全 接地，安裝斷路保護器。In case generators are used in the base camp, the network is controlled by the distribution box. 2、all be installed properly.3.1.2 配電箱、配電板、按鈕開關(guān)、插座以及導線等，必須保持完好、安全，不得有 破損，并張貼安全警示標示。在室外的應有防雨措施 ,并離地距離不少于 30 厘米，并 牢靠關(guān)閉。每個配電柜內(nèi)安裝斷路保護器。The distribution boxes, switchboards, push-button switches, sockets and wires shall be kept intact, safe, undamaged, and be marked with safety warnings. 6、的接地。室內(nèi)機器安裝 牢固，加裝固定卡。插座電源單獨連接室內(nèi)配電箱。As for the air conditioner installation, specified cables should be considered, with earth solid and fixed. Indoor unit should be installed with fixed clip firmly. The power supply should be separated by indoor distribution box.3.1.6 露天場地照明燈具、開關(guān)、插座安裝要用防水燈頭和防水燈具，采用帶有

7、保護 外套的電纜。Lamps, switches, and sockets, etc. in the outdoor should be waterproofed, and with jacket cable.3.1.7 油庫、民爆物品庫需安裝專業(yè)防爆電器。Special explosion-proof electrical appliances should be used in fuel depots, and magazine area.3.2 接地裝置要求 Grounding device specification3.2.1 接地裝置外觀應當良好，不應有松動、脫焊、損傷、嚴重銹蝕和脫

8、漆。 Grounding device should be in good condition and not in loose, off welding, damaged, severe corrosion and stripping.3.2.2 接地棒采用直徑 1厘米的銅棒長度為 1.5 米，連接線為 10平方毫米多股銅芯電 纜。As for grounding rods, it prefer copper bar with diameter of 1 cm and length of 1.5 meters, the connection cable should be used by 1

9、0mm 2 multi-strand copper cables.3.2.3 在有腐蝕性的土壤中，對接地裝置應采取防腐措施。In the corrosive soil area, anti-corrosion measure should be taken for the grounding device.3.3 營地用電安全管理Electricity management at camp3.3.1 電工需持有當?shù)卣J可的從業(yè)資格證書。Qualified certification which issued by local government are required for the e

10、lectricians.3.3.2 電工作業(yè)時需按規(guī)定穿戴勞動保護用品，所有臨時用電作業(yè)，需按照作業(yè)許可 制度的要求獲得作業(yè)許可、執(zhí)行作業(yè)；作業(yè)期間，需嚴格執(zhí)行上鎖 /掛牌制度。 The electricians must wear PPE and obey permit to work schedule. In the process of the work, the lock-out and tag-out procedure shall be strictly implemented.3.3.3 嚴禁用水沖洗或用濕布擦拭電氣設施，以防發(fā)生短路和觸電事故。To avoid circuit

11、short and electric shock, do not flush with water or clean with a damp cloth.3.3.4 電器在使用過程中，發(fā)生打火、異味、高熱、怪聲等異常情況時，必須立即停 止操作，關(guān)閉電源，并及時找電工檢查、修理，確認能安全運行時，才能繼續(xù)使用。 In the process of using electrical appliances, when sparking, odour, high temperature, and strange sound occurred, the operation must be stop im

13、en personnel leave.3.3.7 固定場所使用所有電氣設備，必須由專業(yè)電工進行安裝、維修及保養(yǎng)。配電線 路要滿足負荷要求，嚴禁私自改變電源鋪設線路、私自增減電氣設備、私拉亂接。 All electrical devices shall be handled by qualified electrician for installation, repair and maintenance.
