1、.廈門市2012年初中學(xué)業(yè)考試說明(英語考綱)一、命題依據(jù)1教育部頒布的全日制義務(wù)教育英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(實驗稿)(以下簡稱課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn));22012年福建省初中學(xué)業(yè)考試英語考試大綱;3本年度市教育局頒布的考試要求的有關(guān)規(guī)定;4現(xiàn)行教材新目標(biāo)英語(go for it)的話題功能及詞匯特點。二、命題原則堅持以學(xué)生為本,立足基礎(chǔ),難易適中,聽、說、讀、寫四項技能全面考查。做到思想性、科學(xué)性和技術(shù)性的統(tǒng)一。正確發(fā)揮考試的導(dǎo)向功能,做到有利于激發(fā)和培養(yǎng)學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)英語的興趣,建立學(xué)習(xí)英語的成就感和自信心,提高綜合語言運用能力;有利于引導(dǎo)教師改進(jìn)教學(xué)和學(xué)生學(xué)會學(xué)習(xí);有利于對初中教學(xué)起到正確的導(dǎo)向作用;有利于普通高中招

2、生改革和事業(yè)發(fā)展。三、考試目標(biāo)1義務(wù)教育階段的總目標(biāo)義務(wù)教育階段英語課程的總體目標(biāo)是培養(yǎng)學(xué)生初步的綜合語言運用能力,并通過英語學(xué)習(xí)促進(jìn)學(xué)生的心智發(fā)展,提高學(xué)生的綜合人文素養(yǎng),而綜合語言運用能力的形成建立在語言技能、語言知識、情感態(tài)度、學(xué)習(xí)策略和文化意識等諸方面整體發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)之上。語言知識和語言技能是綜合語言運用能力的基礎(chǔ);文化意識有利于正確地理解語言和得體地使用語言;積極的情感態(tài)度有利于促進(jìn)學(xué)生主動學(xué)習(xí)和持續(xù)發(fā)展;有效的學(xué)習(xí)策略有利于提高學(xué)習(xí)效率和發(fā)展自主學(xué)習(xí)能力。這五個方面相輔相成,共同促進(jìn)綜合語言運用能力的形成與發(fā)展。2. 分級目標(biāo)有較明確的英語學(xué)習(xí)動機(jī)和積極主動的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度。能聽

3、懂教師有關(guān)熟悉話題的陳述并參與討論。能就日常生活的各種話題與他人交換信息并陳述自己的意見。能讀懂相應(yīng)水平的讀物和報刊、雜志,克服生詞障礙,理解大意。能根據(jù)閱讀目的運用適當(dāng)?shù)拈喿x策略。能根據(jù)提示獨立起草和修改小作文。能與他人合作,解決問題并報告結(jié)果,共同完成學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)。能對自己的學(xué)習(xí)進(jìn)行評價,總結(jié)學(xué)習(xí)方法。能利用多種教育資源進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí)。進(jìn)一步增強對文化差異的理解與認(rèn)識。(1)語言技能和語言知識靈活運用語音知識、詞匯知識和語法知識,熟練掌握在各種話題語境和功能中的聽、說、讀、寫等語言技能。(2)文化意識    了解所學(xué)語言國家的歷史地理、風(fēng)土人情、傳統(tǒng)習(xí)俗、生活方式、行為

4、規(guī)范、文學(xué)藝術(shù)、價值觀念等,提高跨文化交際的能力。(3)情感態(tài)度保持積極的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度,認(rèn)識自己學(xué)習(xí)的優(yōu)勢與不足,樂于與他人合作,養(yǎng)成和諧和健康向上的品格,增強祖國意識,拓展國際視野。(4)學(xué)習(xí)策略形成認(rèn)知策略、調(diào)控策略、交際策略和資源策略等。四、考試內(nèi)容1語言技能與語言知識 級別技能目標(biāo)描述五級聽1能根據(jù)語調(diào)和重音理解說話者的意圖;2能聽懂有關(guān)熟悉話題的談話,并能從中提取信息和觀點;3能借助語境克服生詞障礙、理解大意;4能聽懂接近正常語速的故事和敘述,理解故事的因果關(guān)系;5能在聽的過程中用適當(dāng)方式做出反應(yīng);6能針對所聽語段的內(nèi)容記錄簡單信息。說1能就簡單的話題提供信息,表達(dá)簡單的觀點和

5、意見,參與討論;2能與他人溝通信息,合作完成任務(wù);3能在口頭表達(dá)中進(jìn)行適當(dāng)?shù)淖晕倚拚?能有效地詢問信息和請求幫助;5能根據(jù)話題進(jìn)行情景對話;6能用英語表演短劇;7能在以上口語活動中做到語音、語調(diào)自然,語氣恰當(dāng)。讀1能根據(jù)上下文和構(gòu)詞法推斷、理解生詞的含義;2能理解段落中各句子之間的邏輯關(guān)系;3能找出文章中的主題,理解故事的情節(jié),預(yù)測故事情節(jié)的發(fā)展和可能的結(jié)局;4能讀懂常見體裁的閱讀材料;5能根據(jù)不同的閱讀目的運用簡單的閱讀策略獲取信息;6能利用字典等工具書進(jìn)行學(xué)習(xí);7課外閱讀量應(yīng)累計達(dá)到15萬詞以上。寫1能根據(jù)寫作要求,收集、準(zhǔn)備素材;2能獨立起草短文、短信等,并在教師的指導(dǎo)下進(jìn)行修改;3能

6、使用常見的連接詞表示順序和邏輯關(guān)系;4能簡單描述人物或事件;5能根據(jù)所給圖示或表格寫出簡單的段落或操作說明。   級別知識目標(biāo)描述五級語音1了解語音在語言學(xué)習(xí)中的意義;2在日常生活會話中做到語音、語調(diào)基本正確、自然、流暢;3根據(jù)重音和語調(diào)的變化理解和表達(dá)不同的意圖和態(tài)度;4根據(jù)讀音拼寫單詞和短語。詞匯1了解英語詞匯包括單詞、短語、習(xí)慣用語和固定搭配等形式;2理解和領(lǐng)悟詞語的基本含義以及在特定語境中的意義;3運用詞匯描述事物、行為和特征,說明概念等;4學(xué)會使用1600個左右的單詞和200300個習(xí)慣用語或固定搭配。語法1. 理解課標(biāo)附錄“語法項目表”中所列語法項目并

7、能在特定語境中使用;2. 了解常用語言形式的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和常用表意功能;3. 在實際運用中體會和領(lǐng)悟語言形式的表意功能;4. 理解并運用恰當(dāng)?shù)恼Z言形式描述人和物;描述具體事件和具體行為的發(fā)生、發(fā)展過程;描述時間、地點及方位;比較人、物體及事物等。功能1在日常生活中恰當(dāng)理解和表達(dá)問候、告別、感謝、介紹等交際功能;2在日常人際交往中有效地進(jìn)行表達(dá)。   (詳見課標(biāo)附錄三)話題1熟悉與學(xué)生個人、家庭和學(xué)校生活密切相關(guān)的話題;2熟悉有關(guān)日常生活、興趣愛好、風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣、科學(xué)文化等方面的話題。(詳見課標(biāo)附錄四) 2文化意識(1)了解英語交際中常用的體態(tài)語,如手勢
