8、ued by the seller13、 Term of Shipment 裝運(yùn)條款裝箱單一式三份To be governed by“ Incoterms 2010裝運(yùn)條款”應(yīng).按照2010 年國(guó)際貿(mào)易術(shù)語(yǔ)解釋通則的規(guī)定辦理。14、 Shipping Advice(裝運(yùn)通知 ) ：The Sellershall,immediatelyupon the completionof the loadingof the goods, adviseby email the buyers of the ocean waybill and packing list document (it includes

9、commodity, quantity, gross weight, name of vessel and date of delivery etc.). Incase due to the sellersnot havingemailedin time,alllossescaused shallbe borneby the seller.裝運(yùn)通知：賣(mài)方應(yīng)于裝貨后，立即將提單和裝箱單資料（包括貨物、數(shù)量、毛重、運(yùn)輸工具名稱(chēng)、 交貨日期、貨物預(yù)計(jì)抵達(dá)日等）通過(guò)郵件通知買(mǎi)方。如果由于賣(mài)方未及時(shí)通知買(mǎi)方造成的所有損失均由賣(mài)方承擔(dān)。15、 Guarantee of Quality: The selle

10、r guarantee that the commodity is fulfil the buyer s contract requirement. The guarantee period is 12 months since the buyer received the commodity.質(zhì)量保證：賣(mài)方保證合同按照客戶(hù)的要求進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)。質(zhì)量保證期為客戶(hù)收到貨物12 個(gè)月。16、 Claim （索賠）： Within 60days after the arrival of the goods at destination, found the commodity quality are lo

11、wer than the approval sample, the buyer has the authority to replace or reimbursement.and索賠：貨物抵達(dá)目的地 60 天內(nèi)，如發(fā)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品低于買(mǎi)方確認(rèn)的樣品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，買(mǎi)方有權(quán)要求替換或補(bǔ)償。17、 Force Majeure ( 不可抗力 ) ：The Sellershallnotbe heldresponsibleforfailureor delay in delivery of the entire lot or a portion of the goods under this SalesContractin

13、ract shall besubmitted toChina InternationalEconomic and Trade ArbitrationCommission forarbitrationwhichshallbe conductedin accordancewiththe commissionsarbitrationrulesin effectat the time of applying for arbitration.
