1、航空貨運(yùn)協(xié)議(中英文版)貨運(yùn)協(xié)議cargo contractparty a甲方：party b乙方：杭州伽盛物流有限公司hangzhou jasheng logistics co., ltd甲乙雙方在公平，協(xié)商，自愿的原那么下，簽訂以下協(xié)議：based on the justice and willingness, after friendly negotiation both parties reached the agreement as below:1乙方為甲方代辦航空運(yùn)輸，乙方為甲方供應(yīng)運(yùn)輸設(shè)計(jì)、電話查詢、代辦保險(xiǎn)、打包，航空運(yùn)輸、航空提貨、送貨等一攬子航空效勞。party a pro

2、vides party b the air cargo service as following: delivery design, cargo query, insurance commission, packing, air transportation, picking up and delivering the cargo .etc 2乙方自收到甲方貨物后至交航空公司交付客戶止負(fù)責(zé)貨物的平安保管。如發(fā)生遺失或損壞，乙方應(yīng)向甲方作出賠償，賠償額按民航局規(guī)定。(如外包裝完好無損，內(nèi)物缺少或損壞不在賠償之列)party a has the responsibility for the saf

3、ety of cargo from the consignation by party b till the airways deliver it to the receiver specified by party b. if the cargo was lost or damaged (not including the case that exterior packing is in good condition), party a should make a compensation to b according to the related regulations of caac.3

4、乙方當(dāng)天收到甲方貨物后，按次日航班進(jìn)展托運(yùn)，如出現(xiàn)航班變動(dòng)或調(diào)整等意外大事，那么須準(zhǔn)時(shí)通知甲方，雙方互相協(xié)商另行調(diào)整航班。normally party a will consign the cargo to airline companies next day after receiving it from party b. if the flight schedule changed or unexpected accidents happened, party a should inform b in time to renew the delivery plan.4甲方必需向乙方供應(yīng)正確

5、的收件人姓名、地址、電話。如因收件人姓名、地址錯(cuò)誤而造成的時(shí)間延誤或經(jīng)濟(jì)損失乙方將不擔(dān)當(dāng)任何責(zé)任。party b must provide a the correct and detail address, name and contact phone number of the receiver. any delay or lost caused by the error information of the receiver provided by party b, party a will not take any responsibility in this case.5貴重物品如需投

6、保，投保金額按保險(xiǎn)總價(jià)值的%收取保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)，一旦出險(xiǎn),乙方那么按保險(xiǎn)公司的有關(guān)條例對甲方作出賠償，如甲方未對其托運(yùn)貨物進(jìn)展投保，一旦出險(xiǎn)，乙方那么按民航條例及程序向甲方作出賠償即物品遺失，缺損，按一般貨物賠償，每公斤最高賠償人民幣貳拾元正if party b want to buy insurance for the valuables, the commission is _% of the totalinsured value. once need compensation, party a will pay for it to b according to the insurance ite

7、ms; however party a will only pay part of total value according to the regulations ( rmb 20 per kg ) of caac if no insurance.6甲方必需把加蓋公章的托運(yùn)單交于乙方確定托付關(guān)系，乙方開具貨運(yùn)分單為結(jié)算憑證。如甲方對乙方運(yùn)單金額有異議請?jiān)诜謫蝹髡婧?4小時(shí)內(nèi)提出，否那么視為確認(rèn)。to nail down the clientage, party b must submit the consignation ticket with cachet on it to party a

8、. and then party a will issue a corresponding freight sub-ticket to party b. if party b does not agree to the price of freight, party b must put it forward to party a within 24 hours, otherwise the price of freight will be regarded as confirmed by both parties.7) 結(jié)算方式：。到貨后乙方將結(jié)算清單及憑證交甲方，甲方在5個(gè)工作日內(nèi)付清。欠

9、款額度為人民幣。超過額度，乙方將馬上將帳單交給甲方，甲方在收到帳單5個(gè)工作日內(nèi)付清。全部欠款逾期支付，甲方必需向乙方每日支付欠款金額千分之五的滯納金。甲方不得以任何理由拒付乙方運(yùn)費(fèi)。雙方如有爭吵，應(yīng)按協(xié)商原那么處理，協(xié)商不成，可由乙方所在地市法院裁決,仲裁費(fèi)用由敗訴一方擔(dān)當(dāng)，除非另有規(guī)定。the method of payment: _. after the whole delivery process is over, party a will submit related bills to party b who is suggested to pay for it within 5 da
