28、f relevant data, so analysis results have limitations. and the existing problem is, need to work to improve in the future study.前言：當(dāng)今世界面臨著人口激增、資源緊缺、環(huán)境退化與破壞和糧食短缺等一系列難題，資源、環(huán)境與人類社會可持續(xù)發(fā)展問題成為全球關(guān)注的焦點之一。這些問題無一不與土地有關(guān)，土地是我們賴以生存的基礎(chǔ)，是一切物質(zhì)的來源。合理規(guī)劃、利用、開發(fā)土地，使之與社會經(jīng)濟發(fā)展相協(xié)調(diào)，是當(dāng)今社會的重要議題。本文以本人家鄉(xiāng)廣東省興寧市作為對象，分析其土地利用狀況及其展望。

29、對興寧市城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)用地、交通水利用地、農(nóng)用地、新增建設(shè)用地等進行分析。研究區(qū)位概況興寧市位于廣東省東北部，扼東江、韓江上游，地跨東經(jīng)115°30至116°，北緯23°50至24°37。北部與江西省尋鄔縣毗鄰，東北部與平遠縣、梅縣相接，東部與梅縣交界，南部與豐順縣相連，西北部與龍川縣相鄰，西南部與五華縣接壤。全市總面積2104.85平方公里。市委、市政府所在地興田街道辦事處位于300多平方公里的寧江盆地中部，是粵、贛、閩三省陸路交通樞紐，粵東北部重要商品集散地，粵東次中心城市，興寧政治、經(jīng)濟、文化中心。城區(qū)規(guī)劃面積114平方公里(其中重點規(guī)劃30平方千米），

30、至2010年底建成面積達24.7平方公里，建成區(qū)人口28.6萬。興城距廣州377公里，至深圳347公里全市年平均氣溫21，降水量1540毫米。通過分析興寧市土地利用情況表2-1，可以看出興寧市土地利用類型較為豐富，其現(xiàn)狀和分布特點：農(nóng)用地170121公頃，占土地總面積的81.97%，其中耕地32366公頃，占土地總面積的15.6%、園地7579公頃，占土地總面積的3.65%、林地122888公頃，占土地總面積的59.21%，建設(shè)用地17524公頃，占土地總面積的8.44%，其中城鄉(xiāng)建設(shè)用地14858公頃，占土地總面積的7.16%、交通水利用地2332公頃，占土地總面積的1.12%、其他建設(shè)用地

31、334公頃，占土地總面積的0.16%，其他土地19894公頃，占土地總面積的9.59%。分析發(fā)現(xiàn)興寧市是一個山地比重較大的地區(qū)，林地比重達到59.21%，而耕地只占到15.6%，比重較?。慌d寧市城鎮(zhèn)用地2163公頃，占土地總面積的1.04%，可見興寧市城鎮(zhèn)化程度較低。通過分析興寧市土地利用規(guī)劃附表二，可以看出興寧市土地利用規(guī)劃未來調(diào)整趨勢。農(nóng)用地由2009年的170121公頃增加到2020年的171783公頃，占土地總面積的82.77%，建設(shè)用地由2009年的17524公頃減少到2020年的17431公頃，占土地總面積的8.4%，其他土地由2009年的19894公頃減少到2020年的18325
