1、31(五)合金鋼     合金鋼分為優(yōu)質(zhì)合金鋼和特殊質(zhì)量合金鋼。優(yōu)質(zhì)合金鋼生產(chǎn)過程中需要特別控制質(zhì)量和性能;特殊質(zhì)量合金鋼生產(chǎn)過程中要嚴(yán)格控制質(zhì)量和性能。    18、一般工程結(jié)構(gòu)用合金鋼    一般工程結(jié)構(gòu)用合金鋼屬優(yōu)質(zhì)合金鋼俗稱合結(jié)鋼。主要用于制造機(jī)械結(jié)構(gòu)件,大多經(jīng)熱處理后使用。由于合金元素作用,增加淬透性(Mn,Mo,Cr)、細(xì)化晶粒(V,Ti)提高淬火穩(wěn)定性。低碳合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼經(jīng)過滲碳,氮   淬火及低溫回火處理后,構(gòu)件表面耐磨,心部韌性好,也叫表面硬化鋼;中碳合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼經(jīng)過調(diào)質(zhì)處理,能獲得

2、良好的綜合性能,叫調(diào)節(jié)器質(zhì)鋼。    合結(jié)鋼牌號用兩位阿拉伯?dāng)?shù)字和合金元素符號及數(shù)字表示,數(shù)字表示平均含碳量萬分?jǐn)?shù),平均合金含量小于1.5%時,鋼號中僅標(biāo)明元素符號,不標(biāo)明含量,含量大于1.5%時,用數(shù)字標(biāo)明。其牌號、化學(xué)成分、性能見表5-21和表5-22。                       表5-21、合金結(jié)構(gòu)鋼牌號及化學(xué)分 根據(jù)(GB3077-

35、簧是一種能產(chǎn)生大量彈性變形的結(jié)構(gòu)零件,通過彈簧的彈性變形,可以吸收沖擊能量、緩和沖擊和震動的作用,因此對彈簧鋼的要求必須有高的強(qiáng)度,特別是高的屈服強(qiáng)度和疲勞強(qiáng)度;要不易脫碳,有良好的表面質(zhì)量,具有一定的淬透性和良好的工藝性能。有的彈簧還要求耐熱、耐腐蝕等。因此彈簧鋼含碳較高,彈簧鋼有合金和非合金,其牌號、化學(xué)成分及性能見表5-23和表5-24                     表5-23、彈

43、30W4Cr2VA1050-1100油6001351507*4065、70、75、80 等碳素彈簧鋼淬透性能較差,多用于直徑或厚度小于12毫米的彈簧;65Mn 淬透性能較好,可用于制造截面尺寸為1520毫米的彈簧,應(yīng)用廣泛。尺寸較大,用熱軋成型法制造的彈簧大多采用55Si2Mn、60Si2Mn,如鐵道車廂、汽車、拖拉機(jī)上的鋼板彈簧和螺旋彈簧等;大截面、重載荷的彈簧通常用50CrVa 60Si2CrVa、50CrMn 65Si2MnWa、等制造。    20 滾動軸承鋼     滾動軸承鋼也叫軸承鋼。主要用來制造滾動軸承內(nèi)外套圈、滾珠、
