8、rtility patients.【key words 】 colordoppler ultrasound； ovarian follicle； ovulation【中圖分類號(hào)】r711.75【文獻(xiàn)標(biāo)志碼】a卵巢是女性的一個(gè)重要的生殖器官，主要功能有產(chǎn)生卵 子并排卵，并能產(chǎn)生性激素，調(diào)節(jié)女性的內(nèi)分泌。卵巢功能 在青春期發(fā)育完全，到達(dá)育齡期后隨年齡增長而逐漸衰退。 本研究利用彩色多普勒超聲對不同年齡段的女性的卵巢功 能進(jìn)行檢測評(píng)價(jià)，以明確卵巢的儲(chǔ)備功能隨年齡變化的速率 及程度。1資料與方法1. 1臨床資料選擇我院2013年1月至2013年9月進(jìn)行健康體檢監(jiān)測 排卵正常的婦女75例，年齡為2051
