1、    不同糯玉米品種硒富集能力的研究    李蘭青鄧鵬黃春東李志森黃曉摘要 目的研究不同糯玉米品種對(duì)土壤硒和外源硒的富集能力,為富硒糯玉米的生產(chǎn)提供理論依據(jù)。方法8個(gè)糯玉米品種同時(shí)作2種處理,一種是不作任何處理,一種是葉面噴施外源硒肥處理,每個(gè)品種隨機(jī)套袋3株,混合授粉,授粉后23 d采收鮮穗檢測(cè)硒含量和養(yǎng)分含量。結(jié)果8個(gè)參試的糯玉米品種中,聚硒系數(shù)在2.4%43.7%,以桂甜糯525、桂甜糯218、佳甜糯858 3個(gè)品種聚硒系數(shù)最高(為16.3%以上),但總體上玉米籽粒含硒量較低。在葉面噴灑外源硒肥的處理中,玉米籽粒含硒量大幅度提高,各品種硒含量在0

2、.2050.451 mg/kg,與對(duì)照相比,差異達(dá)極顯著水平,增幅為5.8978.55倍,各糯玉米品種硒含量均達(dá)到富硒食品的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)且在安全范圍內(nèi)。硒肥處理后各糯玉米品種的可溶性糖、淀粉、脂肪、蛋白質(zhì)等品質(zhì)指標(biāo)都有不同程度的改變。結(jié)論糯玉米在較低硒含量的土壤中聚硒能力低,在不添加外源硒的情況下,很難生產(chǎn)出含硒量較穩(wěn)定的富硒糯玉米。葉面噴施外源硒肥,可以大幅度提高糯玉米品種籽粒硒含量,是生產(chǎn)富硒糯玉米的一種有效途徑。關(guān)鍵詞 糯玉米;品種;硒富集能力;研究s513 a0517-6611(2019)21-0157-03doi:10.3969/j.issn.0517-6611.2019.21.047開放科

8、 within the safe range.after selenium fertilizer treatment,the soluble sugar,starch,fat,protein and other quality indicators of waxy corn varieties changed in varying degrees.conclusionwaxy corn has low selenium accumulation ability in soil with low selenium content.it is difficult to produce seleniumrich waxy corn without adding exogenous selenium.spraying exogenous selenium fertilizer on the leaves can greatly increase the selenium content in the grains of waxy corn varieties,which is an effective way to produce seleniumrich waxy corn.key words waxy corn;varieties
