2、電話、電視機(jī)、電冰箱、衛(wèi)生間、取暖和降溫設(shè)備的住房;受聘期在半年或一學(xué)年以上的受聘方提供的住房，須配有廚房。(2) 提供公費(fèi)醫(yī)療或醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)。若提供全部或部分公費(fèi)醫(yī)療費(fèi)用，可規(guī)定受聘方須在聘方指定的涉外醫(yī)院就醫(yī)，在非指定醫(yī)院就醫(yī)費(fèi)用自理，受聘方的掛號(hào)、就醫(yī)交通、鑲牙、整容、保健按摩、配眼鏡、住院用餐和服用非醫(yī)療性的滋補(bǔ)藥品以及醫(yī)生出診等費(fèi)用自理;若提供醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)，可由雙方協(xié)商各自承擔(dān)的比例。(3) 為工作地點(diǎn)和住所相距較遠(yuǎn)的受聘方提供上下班交通，或給予適當(dāng)?shù)慕煌ㄑa(bǔ)貼。(4) 國(guó)際機(jī)票(中國(guó)至受聘方國(guó)最近距離經(jīng)濟(jì)艙國(guó)際機(jī)票)。(5) 行李運(yùn)輸費(fèi)(如果空運(yùn)，應(yīng)以24公斤行李分離運(yùn)輸價(jià)格計(jì)價(jià)，不要以隨機(jī)

3、運(yùn)輸價(jià)格計(jì)價(jià)，而應(yīng)按國(guó)際機(jī)票費(fèi)人民幣價(jià)值的1/5計(jì)算(大致等于24公斤行李分離運(yùn)輸費(fèi)支付受聘方。因中美航線規(guī)定可免費(fèi)承運(yùn)兩大件64公斤，所以，對(duì)來(lái)自美國(guó)的受聘方可不負(fù)擔(dān)其行李運(yùn)輸費(fèi))。二、工作時(shí)間和休息休假1. 受聘方每日工作時(shí)間為八小時(shí)，每周工作時(shí)間為五天。2. 聘方安排受聘方延長(zhǎng)工作時(shí)間，將依據(jù)法定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)支付高于正常工作時(shí)間的工資報(bào)酬。3. 受聘方享受中國(guó)下列節(jié)日休假：元旦、春節(jié)、國(guó)際勞動(dòng)節(jié)、國(guó)慶節(jié)以及法律、法規(guī)規(guī)定的其他節(jié)假日。4. 受聘方可按其國(guó)籍和信仰相應(yīng)享受下列節(jié)日休假：圣誕節(jié)兩天;屠牲節(jié)(古爾邦節(jié))三天;開(kāi)齋節(jié)一天;潑水節(jié)一天。5. 受聘方可享受帶薪年休假，受聘方合同期為一年的，享

4、受帶薪休假四周。受聘方在教育機(jī)構(gòu)工作，合同期為一學(xué)年的，享受所在教育機(jī)構(gòu)的一個(gè)假期(寒假或暑假)帶薪休假。6. 受聘方連續(xù)在華工作一般不得超過(guò)五年，再次應(yīng)聘來(lái)華工作須在兩年以后。三、病假和事假1. 受聘方請(qǐng)病假，須憑聘方指定的涉外醫(yī)院醫(yī)生證明。受聘方在一個(gè)合同期(一年或一學(xué)年)內(nèi)，累計(jì)病假不滿三十天，工資按照100%發(fā)給;超過(guò)三十天后，聘方有權(quán)解除聘用合同;若未解除合同，工資將按70%發(fā)給，直至恢復(fù)正常工作為止。在合同期內(nèi)，受聘方因公在中國(guó)境內(nèi)出差，在當(dāng)?shù)卣付ǖ纳嫱忉t(yī)院診的醫(yī)療費(fèi)用，由聘方支付;因私外出就診的醫(yī)療費(fèi)用自理。在合同期內(nèi)，聘方在臺(tái)灣、香港、澳門地區(qū)和中國(guó)境外就診的醫(yī)療費(fèi)用自理。

5、2. 受聘方請(qǐng)假須經(jīng)聘方同意，聘方將按日扣發(fā)工資，在合同期(一年或一學(xué)年)事假累計(jì)不得超過(guò)十天。未經(jīng)聘方同意而擅離職守的，曠職一天，扣發(fā)三天工資。情節(jié)嚴(yán)重的，聘方有權(quán)解除合同，并追究受聘方的違約責(zé)任。四、合同試用期和信譽(yù)保證金1、受聘方的試用期為60天。在試用期內(nèi)，聘方如發(fā)現(xiàn)受聘方健康狀況或?qū)I(yè)水平等不能勝任本聘用合同規(guī)定的工作任務(wù)，有權(quán)解除合同。2、或他人介紹而應(yīng)聘的，應(yīng)由受聘方自購(gòu)機(jī)票(以證明自己確有誠(chéng)意應(yīng)聘)，在試用期滿后予以報(bào)銷。五、(當(dāng)事人雙方認(rèn)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)聘用合同中沒(méi)有涵蓋的其他事項(xiàng))。六、聘用合同附件各項(xiàng)條款的確定和變更均須由當(dāng)事人雙方協(xié)商，并以書面形式做出約定，任何口頭協(xié)議均視為無(wú)效
