42、the lient that the ntratr shuld stp and ae rretins r red the rsthe ntratr an resue nstrutin nl after he has reeived the rresuptin and fr the supervisin tea via the lient(8)工程上使用的材料和施工質(zhì)量的檢驗權(quán)和義務發(fā)現(xiàn)不合格材料應通知承包方，如果承包人在接到通知后仍繼續(xù)使用該不合格材料, 監(jiān)理人必須及時通知委托人, 讓承包人不得繼續(xù)使用 對于不符合設(shè)計要求和合同約定及國家質(zhì)量標準的材料,構(gòu)配件,設(shè)備, 監(jiān)理人有義務通知委托人讓
