2、ICCC Certification Online System. 二、認(rèn)證托付人承諾/Commitment of Applicant: 我們嚴(yán)肅承諾遵守以下條款：/We solemnly promise to abide by the following terms: 1、本次認(rèn)證申請(qǐng)的具體內(nèi)容與在賽寶認(rèn)證中心(CEPREI)網(wǎng)頁(yè)上提交的申請(qǐng)內(nèi)容完全全都，具體信息以 CEPREI 網(wǎng)頁(yè)上的申請(qǐng)內(nèi)容為準(zhǔn)；/All content of this application is in complete consistency with the application submitted to CE

3、PREI on-line; 2、遵守賽寶認(rèn)證中心(CEPREI)的認(rèn)證規(guī)章和程序；支付認(rèn)證所需的申請(qǐng)?jiān)囼?yàn)，工廠審查及其它有關(guān)的費(fèi)用；妥當(dāng)保管型式試驗(yàn)報(bào)告、工廠檢查報(bào)告和認(rèn)證變更確認(rèn)等認(rèn)證的相關(guān)資料，以備監(jiān)督檢查使用；賽寶認(rèn)證中心(CEPREI)將不擔(dān)當(dāng)獲得產(chǎn)品合格認(rèn)證的生產(chǎn)者（制造商）或銷(xiāo)售商應(yīng)擔(dān)當(dāng)?shù)娜魏畏韶?zé)任；/We declare that we will follow the rules and procedures of the CEPREI and make payment for the fees arising from the application, testing, in

4、spection and other services, keep well type test report, factory inspection report, materials approving for change of certified product and relevant documents of certification in order to conduct the factory follow up inspection.CEPREI shall not bear any corresponding legal liabilities which should

5、be assumed by Manufacturer and Seller with product certificate; 3、所生產(chǎn)的本申請(qǐng)所涉及的產(chǎn)品符合申請(qǐng)認(rèn)證產(chǎn)品的國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及其它相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或規(guī)定，我公司對(duì)此次聲明完全負(fù)責(zé)；/We declare with full responsibility that the relevant product(s) produced by our factory are in conformity with the GB standards and other standards or regulations; 4、始終遵守認(rèn)證方案的支配的有關(guān)規(guī)定

6、；/we undertake to always comply with the relevant provisions of the certification program; 5、為進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)作出必要的支配，包括審查文件、進(jìn)入全部的區(qū)域、查閱全部的記錄（包括內(nèi)部審核報(bào)告）和評(píng)價(jià)所需人員（例如檢驗(yàn)、檢查、評(píng)定、監(jiān)督、認(rèn)證打算）和解決投訴的有關(guān)規(guī)定；/we undertake to make all necessary arrangements for the conduct of the evaluation, including provision for examining docume

10、by CEPREI; 9、認(rèn)證僅用于表明獲準(zhǔn)認(rèn)證的產(chǎn)品符合特定標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；/we undertake to use certification only to indicate that products are certified as being in conformity with specified standards; 10、確保不采納誤導(dǎo)的方式使用或部分使用認(rèn)證證書(shū)和報(bào)告；/we undertaketo endeavor to ensure that no certificate or report nor any part thereof is used in a misleading

11、 manner; 11、在傳播媒體中對(duì) CCC 認(rèn)證內(nèi)容的引用，應(yīng)符合賽寶認(rèn)證中心(CEPREI)的要求；/we undertake to in making reference to our CCC certification in communication media such as documents, brochures or advertising, comply with the requirements of CEPREI; 12、此申請(qǐng)中的產(chǎn)品符合國(guó)家其它相關(guān)法律法規(guī)的要求后方可出廠銷(xiāo)售。/The product in this application can be sold

13、*-* 2、請(qǐng)用中、英兩種文字填寫(xiě)認(rèn)證托付人、生產(chǎn)者（制造商）、生產(chǎn)企業(yè)和認(rèn)證產(chǎn)品的名稱(chēng)。/Please fill in the names of the applicant, factories and products in both Chinese and English. 3、有關(guān)賽寶認(rèn)證中心(CEPREI)CCC 認(rèn)證的公開(kāi)文件可通過(guò)上網(wǎng)獵取，網(wǎng)址是：l/Published documents on CEPREICCC certification can be acquired from CEPREI website: l 4、假如申請(qǐng) CCC 認(rèn)證，同時(shí)也申請(qǐng) CB 測(cè)試證書(shū)，請(qǐng)?zhí)?/p>

14、寫(xiě)完"認(rèn)證托付人承諾'后，連續(xù)填寫(xiě) CB 測(cè)試申請(qǐng)書(shū)。/If CB application applied at the same time withCCC application, please complete Declaration of the Applicant and then to fill in CB application form. 5、CCC 認(rèn)證與 CB 認(rèn)證同時(shí)申請(qǐng)時(shí)，生產(chǎn)者（制造商）必需相同。/If CCC certification and CB certification apply at the same time, the manufact

15、urer of themmustbe the same. 6、CB 申請(qǐng)書(shū)以英文填寫(xiě)為準(zhǔn)，相同的內(nèi)容可以復(fù)制。/The English content of CB application is admitted, the same contents of it can make duplicate. 7、認(rèn)證托付人獲證后有關(guān)證書(shū)注銷(xiāo)、暫停（恢復(fù)）、撤銷(xiāo)等重要信息，賽寶認(rèn)證中心將以"通知書(shū)'形式按上述"認(rèn)證托付人'信息中的內(nèi)容以"掛號(hào)信'方式進(jìn)行郵寄、告之。如持證人證書(shū)內(nèi)容（認(rèn)證托付人/生產(chǎn)者（制造商）/生產(chǎn)企業(yè)名稱(chēng)、地址等）發(fā)生變化，請(qǐng)準(zhǔn)時(shí)

16、申請(qǐng)證書(shū)變更。除證書(shū)內(nèi)容外，認(rèn)證托付人/代理機(jī)構(gòu)/生產(chǎn)者（制造商）/生產(chǎn)企業(yè)其他內(nèi)容發(fā)生變化，請(qǐng)準(zhǔn)時(shí)聯(lián)系受理工程師修改。/CEPREI will take in the form of "Notice' to notify certificate holder the information of cancellation, suspension (resumption), and withdrawal. The "Notice' will send by registered letter according to theaddress of applic

If there is any change on certificate contents (applicant/manufacturer/name or address of factory), please apply the certificate modification in time, except that, if the change on applicant /agency/manufacturer /factory, please contact with engineer in time. 8、認(rèn)證托付人獲證后有關(guān)證書(shū)注銷(xiāo)、暫停（恢復(fù)）

18、、撤銷(xiāo)的信息，請(qǐng)登錄賽寶認(rèn)證中心網(wǎng)站（http:/*）或認(rèn)監(jiān)委網(wǎng)站(http:/*）進(jìn)行查詢。同時(shí)認(rèn)證托付人需將證書(shū)注銷(xiāo)、暫停（恢復(fù)）、撤銷(xiāo)的信息準(zhǔn)時(shí)通知與之相關(guān)的生產(chǎn)者（制造商）、生產(chǎn)企業(yè)，并根據(jù)強(qiáng)制性產(chǎn)品認(rèn)證的相關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。/The certificate holder can land on CEPREI website (http:/*) or Certification and Accreditation Administration of the Peoples Republic of China website (http:/*) to get the information on certificates cancellation, suspension (resumption) and withdrawal. In addition, the applicant should notice the related manufacturer or factory the information of certificates cancellation, suspension (resumption) and withdrawal, and comply with related CCC requirements. 9、獲證后，請(qǐng)仔細(xì)
