1、 CAD/CAM綜合實驗報告CAD/CAM綜合實驗1、 實驗目的:CAD/CAM是一門多學科綜合性應用新技術,發(fā)展十分迅速,應該十分廣泛。CAD/CAM綜合性實驗是要針對一種具體的CAD軟件通過二次開發(fā)了解從參化設計到菜單設計到對話框定義和驅動的全過程。實驗項目要求在此基礎上進行零件類的應用程序設計,在這一過程中,了解相關軟件開發(fā)環(huán)境和程序設計的一般過程。 本綜合性實驗選用了AutoCAD軟件進行高級應用開發(fā),利用其內部嵌入的LISP語言環(huán)境,進行參數(shù)化設計,并完成相關的界面設計和驅動。1加深對講授內容的理解,掌握計算機輔助設計的重要方法;2了解和熟悉機械CAD技術所能完成的主要工作和手段;3
2、學會如何在該系統(tǒng)上編輯AutoLISP程序,如何在AutoCAD中調用、調試和運行AutoLISP程序,并通過運行AutoLISP程序,初步了解AutoLISP程序的特點;4掌握參數(shù)化設計的一般方法和基本步驟,加深對參數(shù)化設計的一般要求的理解,體會參數(shù)化程序在CAD中的重要性;5掌握Auto CAD對話框的組成和Auto CAD對話框構件的屬性,熟悉DCL對話框設計原則與規(guī)范,通過對常用軸段的對話框設計,加深對DCL的理解和運用;6 掌握對話框驅動程序及圖形參化程序驅動程序的設計;7學會上機調試程序。2、 實驗內容:1內六角圓柱頭螺釘(GB/T70.120000)的參數(shù)化設計; 2十字槽沉頭螺
