1、展示場(chǎng)地使用協(xié)議（中英文）Display Place Use Agreeme nt甲方：Party A:地址：Address:乙方：Party B:地址：Address:基于乙方將于2010年_月_ 日至2010_月_ 日期間在甲方舉辦一宴會(huì)活動(dòng),需使用甲方場(chǎng)地陳列、展示奔馳轎車，雙方在平等、自愿的基礎(chǔ)上，經(jīng)協(xié)商一致訂立 本合同，以資共同遵守。Party B n eed rent Party A arehSdisplay the Mercedes-Be nz car (Display) because of the banque which will beheld by Party B dur

Party A and Party B sign this Agreement on the basis ofequality, free will and mutual con sultati on as follow ing:1.甲方同意于2010年_ 月_ 日_時(shí)至2010_月_ 日_時(shí)期間共天（以下稱為“使用期”），向乙方免費(fèi)提供位于*酒店的面積為_(kāi)平方米的場(chǎng)地（下稱“場(chǎng)地”，具體方位圖詳見(jiàn)附件附圖）用于乙方陳列、展示輛型號(hào)為的品牌乘用車（下稱“展品”）。Party A agrees to provide Par

4、 bey ond the Term.4.甲方僅承擔(dān)向乙方提供本協(xié)議約定之場(chǎng)地的義務(wù)，甲方不承擔(dān)場(chǎng)地使用期間對(duì)展品 及乙方其他相關(guān)物品的保管責(zé)任。布展、展出和撤展期間發(fā)生的任何事故，并由乙方 承擔(dān)相關(guān)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)及損失，乙方應(yīng)自行投保相關(guān)保險(xiǎn)。Party As only responsibility under this Agreement is to provide the Display Area for Party B and shall bear noresponsibility for any losses during the Term. Party B shall cover the re

6、遷及其他善后等工作。Party B shall take charge of building, installation, dismantling, removing of the booth, the Car and aftertreatment atits own cost.6.乙方應(yīng)按照本協(xié)議的約定使用場(chǎng)地，維護(hù)場(chǎng)地和甲方的其他區(qū)域的清潔。使用期結(jié) 束，乙方應(yīng)根據(jù)本協(xié)議的約定將展品及其他相關(guān)物品(包括但不限於展臺(tái))移出場(chǎng)地。如乙方未能按時(shí)移出，甲方有權(quán)將其視為遺棄物予以處理,相關(guān)費(fèi)用由乙方承擔(dān)。如乙方造成甲方場(chǎng)地和/或設(shè)施、設(shè)備的損壞，乙方應(yīng)承擔(dān)全部賠償責(zé)任。Party B shall

7、 have the liability to maintain the Display Area and other area of * Hotel in a clean status. Uponexpiration of Term, Party B shall remove all its materials concerning the Display (including but not limited to booth)out of the Display Area. Any material that has not been removed out in time shall be

8、 treated as derelicts. Party Bmay also entrus t Party A to treat the abovematerial at Party Bscost. If any damage of the Display Area and/or any Party As equipments is causedby Party B, Party B shall take the whole responsibility of compensation thereof.7.乙方如需在場(chǎng)地安裝設(shè)備、設(shè)置以及宣傳廣告，應(yīng)先征得甲方的書(shū)面同意。未經(jīng)甲 方書(shū)面許可，乙

9、方不得在場(chǎng)地及甲方的其他區(qū)域進(jìn)行任何形式的廣告或促銷活動(dòng)。使 用期間，乙方及其工作人員不得從事銷售及與本協(xié)議項(xiàng)下展示活動(dòng)無(wú)關(guān)的其他活動(dòng)。Party B shall obtain Party As prior written permission in case of need for equipmentinstallation and publicizing advertisement setup. Without Party As permission inwriting, Party B shall not conduct the advertising or promotion acti

10、vities in any form within the Display Area. Duringthe Term, Party B and its staff shall not sell goods and conduct other activities not related to the Display.8.未經(jīng)甲方許可，乙方不得在甲方其他區(qū)域搭建展臺(tái)、宣傳廣告等設(shè)施，否則甲方有 權(quán)予以拆除，費(fèi)用由乙方承擔(dān)。Without Party As approval, Party B shall not build booth, or publicizingadvertisements e

11、tc. in the other area of * Hotel，otherwise Party A shall beentitled to dismantle the same at Party Bs cost .9.乙方如需使用甲方名稱、商標(biāo)和標(biāo)識(shí)，應(yīng)事先取得甲方書(shū)面同意，否則乙方應(yīng)承擔(dān) 由此產(chǎn)生的法律責(zé)任。Party B shall obtain Party As prior approval in case of needs of using Party Atrademark and logo; otherwise Party B shall undertake the legal l

12、iabilitiesincurred hereby.授權(quán)簽字人:授權(quán)簽字人:10.如乙方取消或變更于2010年_月 _ 日至2010_月 _ 日期間在甲方舉辦的宴會(huì)活動(dòng)，則本協(xié)議自動(dòng)解除。This Agreeme nt will be can celled automatically in the case that Party B cha nges or can cels the Banque menti oned hereof.11.因本協(xié)議而發(fā)生的任何糾紛，雙方應(yīng)協(xié)商解決，若協(xié)商不成，任何一方均可向甲方所在地法院提起訴訟。All disputes should be settled through n egotiati ons. In case no settleme nt can bereached, any party can file a lawsuit to the Peoples Court in the place where Party Ais located.12.本協(xié)議自雙方簽訂之日起生效。本合同，以中英文兩種語(yǔ)言書(shū)寫(xiě)；如中英兩種文本存在文義不一致之處，以中文文本為準(zhǔn)。This
