1、論高職院校學(xué)生的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育 【畢業(yè)論文標(biāo)題】 論高職院校學(xué)生的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育【英文標(biāo)題】 Talk about the Vocational Value Education of Vocational College Students【中文摘要】 隨著我國(guó)改革開放的不斷深入,市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制已經(jīng)確立并逐步深化,經(jīng)濟(jì)成分和利益主體、社會(huì)組織形式、社會(huì)生活方式、社會(huì)崗位和就業(yè)形式呈現(xiàn)出多樣化的特征,這些發(fā)展變化,將直接影響到人們的思想觀念、價(jià)值取向、思維方式、行為習(xí)慣、就業(yè)觀念和人際交往等諸多方面,其中不可避免的便是對(duì)當(dāng)代高職院校學(xué)生的職業(yè)價(jià)值取向的沖
2、擊。高職院校學(xué)生正處于青年時(shí)期,其自身的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀正在迅速形成階段,處在當(dāng)今中國(guó)改革開放大變革時(shí)代的高職院校學(xué)生,其自身職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的形成,又是整個(gè)社會(huì)價(jià)值觀念變革與整合的一部分,具有鮮明的時(shí)代特征和較大的變動(dòng)性。社會(huì)主義經(jīng)濟(jì)體制改革需要巨大的精神支持和科學(xué)的價(jià)值導(dǎo)向,而促使傳統(tǒng)的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的更新,形成適應(yīng)社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀,就是其中的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容。本文正是通過(guò)對(duì)職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育基本內(nèi)涵和當(dāng)前高職學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀及其教育現(xiàn)狀的分析,從理論與實(shí)踐相結(jié)合的角度,對(duì)加強(qiáng)高職院校學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育的基本對(duì)策進(jìn)行了綜合探討。全文共分三部分第一部分為職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的涵義及職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育的意義。首先,闡
3、述了職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的基本理論,界定職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的概念和內(nèi)涵結(jié)構(gòu),為后面的研究奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。其次,指出了高職院校學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育的意義。筆者認(rèn)為,正確認(rèn)識(shí)高職院校學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的特點(diǎn),教育和引導(dǎo)高職院校學(xué)生樹立科學(xué)的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀,不僅關(guān)系到學(xué)生的自我發(fā)展,而且對(duì)高職院校自身綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的提高、高等職業(yè)教育的發(fā)展乃至整個(gè)社會(huì)的進(jìn)步都將產(chǎn)生積極的,深刻的影響。第二部分為高職院校學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的現(xiàn)狀及成因。通過(guò)對(duì)當(dāng)前千余名高職院校學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀及其教育問(wèn)題的調(diào)查,總結(jié)歸納了高職院校學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的現(xiàn)狀:高職院校學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀呈現(xiàn)出多元化;高職院校學(xué)生對(duì)職業(yè)認(rèn)知程度不高;在職業(yè)價(jià)值取向上表現(xiàn)出功利性傾向和個(gè)人本
4、位傾向;職業(yè)價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)和選擇標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的務(wù)實(shí)性;擇業(yè)自主意識(shí)增強(qiáng),實(shí)現(xiàn)職業(yè)價(jià)值的途徑多樣化。其后對(duì)形成當(dāng)前高職院校學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀現(xiàn)狀的原因從社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)和文化、家庭與學(xué)校教育等方面作了簡(jiǎn)要分析,并指出高職院校的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育對(duì)學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的形成有至關(guān)重要的影響,具體闡述了調(diào)查中所發(fā)現(xiàn)的當(dāng)前高職院校職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育所存在的一些不足:課程體系不完備,目標(biāo)不明晰;職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育形式單一;教育者的職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育觀念落后,整體素質(zhì)不高;高職院校職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育缺乏與社會(huì)、學(xué)生家庭的溝通。第三部分針對(duì)高職院校學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀及其教育存在的問(wèn)題,提出了加強(qiáng)高職院校學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育的對(duì)策:明確高職院校學(xué)生職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育的內(nèi)
5、容和原則;構(gòu)建職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育的教學(xué)體系;探索職業(yè)價(jià)值觀的實(shí)踐教育方式;創(chuàng)設(shè)符合本校特色的職業(yè)指導(dǎo)體系;充分發(fā)揮校園文化和德育的綜合作用;加強(qiáng)學(xué)校、家庭、社會(huì)三位一體的綜合性職業(yè)價(jià)值觀教育。 【英文摘要】 With China's reform and open policy developing further, the market economy system has gradually established. These changes and developments will directly influence peoples thoughts, the orientation of values, mode of thinking, the habit of behaving, vocational view, social communication and so on. These changes and developments are bound to clash with the orien
7、tation of values of college students. Students are in the period of youth, their vocational values are forming gradually. So in an era of great changes made by china's reform and open policy, vocational college studentsvocational values also are part of the change and combination of social value
8、. It has distinct features of times and certain variability. The reform of the socialist economic system needs great moral encouragement and scientific values leading. While spurring the renewal of traditional vocational values and forming vocational values which is adjust to socialist market econom
9、y are just ones of the important items.This text analyzes exactly the basic connotation of the vocational value education, the present condition of the vocational value of the current vocational college students. From the angle of combining the theories with practice, the thesis makes a concrete ana
10、lysis of methods of the vocational value education of vocational college students.This article is divided into three parts:The first Part elaborated on the meaning of vocational values and the important meaning of reinforcing the vocational value education. First, expounded the vocational values ele
11、mentary theory,lays the rationale for the behind research. Second, pointed out the important meaning of reinforcing the vocational value education of vocational college students. The author believes that educating and guiding students to set scientific vocational values, not only relates to the deve
12、lopment of one's career, but also is of vital importance to competitiveness of vocational colleges and the development of higher vocational education even the progress of society as a whole.The second Part elaborated on the current situation and the causes of vocational values of vocational coll
13、ege students. Through the survey of vocational values and education for more than a thousand students of vocational colleges, summed up the status quo of vocational values of vocational college students: Showed a diversity of vocational values; Awareness of vocational low; Showed utilitarian-based s
14、exual orientation and personal inclination on vocational values; The pragmatic nature of evaluation and selection criteria for the value of occupation; Career self-awareness enhanced, the way to realize the value of career diversified. Then made a brief analysis of causes of the formation of the cur
15、rent vocational values of vocational college students from socio-economic and cultural reasons, family and school education, and pointed out that the values of vocational colleges of education to the vocational values of the formation of vocational college students have a critical influence.
