2、SJY series boiler chemical dosing equipment include the system of adding ammonia, adding hydrazine, adding phosphate of boiler and condensing water adding ammonia and so on.結(jié)構(gòu)布置 ConstructSJY 系列爐內(nèi)加藥裝置采用單元組合的布置形式。 主要視機組容 量的大小，鍋爐配置的方式(多爐共用一套或單爐單套等) ，自動化 程度水平的高低(自動或手動) ，靈活組合成不同的形式單元，安裝 在一個基架上。The SJY se

6、tting liquid level, alarming and stop automatic when the liquid level lower than normal and prevent from racing.前置過濾 front filter裝置在溶液箱出口設(shè)置過濾器，防止堵塞及設(shè)備出現(xiàn)故障。There is a filter on the outlet of the solution tank which prevent from jam and equipment broken.配藥 Dosing 氨液的配置除手工配置外也可進行自動控制， 當(dāng)溶液箱液位低至 設(shè)定值時， 自動

7、開啟凝結(jié)水進口電磁閥至高液位時關(guān)閉， 在溶液箱出 口管道上安裝的導(dǎo)電度表的測量值， 控制進氨閥門開啟， 當(dāng)濃度達到 2% （相當(dāng)于450g/cm的電導(dǎo)值）時，自動關(guān)閉進氨閥，完成配藥。It could add the ammonia liquor automatically or manually. When the liquid level lower to set value, it will open the condense inlet solenoid valve to high liquid level automatically and then close it.聯(lián)胺溶液的配置

8、采用手搖泵或電動抽液泵將聯(lián)胺溶液加入溶液 箱內(nèi)和凝結(jié)水混合，攪拌后得到的。It used automatic or manual method to add ammonia liquor and mixed with condensation water.磷酸鹽溶液的配置除將磷酸鹽直接加入溶液箱攪拌配置外， 也可 單設(shè)溶解箱，經(jīng)輸液泵先循環(huán)攪拌后，再進入溶液箱的配置方法。There are two ways of phosphate liquid adding.
