2、隨機抽取各年齡組有代表性的樣本，統(tǒng)計不同年齡、不同性別人群的心血管危險因素高血壓(EH)、高血糖、血脂異常的患病情況。 結果  共抽樣調查2574歲居民1348人，EH患病率24.5%,其中男性為28.5%,女性為21.4%,男性EH患病率明顯高于女性(P= 0.002),EH患病率與年齡正相關，r=0.98，(P<0.05)。高血糖的患病率為9.7%,其中男性為 11.1%,女性為8.4%，男性高血糖患病率高于女性(P= 0.031),高血糖患病率隨年齡增加而增高，但不呈直線相關,r=0.87(P>0.05)。高膽固醇血癥患病率43.7%,其中男性為47.5%,女性為4

3、0.3%,男性高膽固醇血癥患病率高于女性(P=0.008),2564歲高膽固醇血癥患病率與年齡正相關，r=1(P<0.01 )。低密度脂蛋白膽固醇(LDL-C)增高患病率13.6%,其中男性為14.7%,女性為12.7%,男女LDL-C增高患病率無明顯差異(P=0.273),發(fā)病率與年齡不相關，r=0.26(P>0.05)。 結論  牡丹江墾區(qū)心血管危險因素高發(fā)病率正成為危害本地區(qū)人民健康的殺手,應引起心血管領域的充分重視,以加強心血管疾病的1級、2級預防。    關鍵詞  心血管危險因素；流行病學；發(fā)病率；高血壓；高血糖；膽固醇；

5、cardiovascular desease risk factors in Mudanjiang land reclamation area.Methods  Selected random samples aged 2574 years were used to investigate and analyze the prevalence and distributing feature of cardiovascular desease risk factors (EH,hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia) in different age,sex gro

6、ups.The samples were collected from 8 units and 4 farms in Mudanjiang land reclamation area.Results  A total of 1348 adults were surveyed.The  prevalence rate of EH was 24.5%,28.5% and 21.4% for the general population,the male and female,respectively.The female had EH more frequently than

7、the males(P=0.002).Linear correlation analysis showed that the prevalence rate of EH was correlated positively with age,r=0.98(P<0.05).The  prevalence rate of hyperglycemia was 9.7%,the males and females were 11.1% and 8.4% for the general population respectively.The females had hyperglycemi

12、糖、高膽固醇血癥、低密度脂蛋白膽固醇水平增高等，是造成心腦血管疾病的基礎。本研究旨在調查牡丹江農(nóng)墾地區(qū)心血管危險因素的發(fā)病情況，以便為本地區(qū)心腦血管疾病的1級、2級預防提供科學依據(jù)。    1  資料與方法    1.1  研究人群  以牡丹江農(nóng)墾地區(qū)20萬人口作為監(jiān)測人群，在2001年，從牡丹江墾區(qū)局直單位和各農(nóng)場中隨機抽取8個局直單位和4個農(nóng)場，再在各個人群中按名冊隨機抽取一定數(shù)目的個體作為研究對象，進行危險因素檢測。共抽樣調查1500人。    1.2  研究

13、內容和方法  調查研究開始前，制訂調查表格，對參與調查工作的主要醫(yī)務人員進行培訓，內容包括人群抽樣及調查方法，各種觀察指標項目及診斷標準，血壓測量方法，調查表的填寫等。    高血壓人群是取右臂偶測血壓3次均值140/90 mmHg及有高血壓病史正在服降壓藥(無論即時測血壓正常與否)的個體，血脂、血糖由牡丹江農(nóng)管局中心醫(yī)院檢驗科采用中華醫(yī)學會推薦的酶法測定，并負責質量監(jiān)控,空腹血糖6.1 mmol/L為高血糖，空腹血糖6.17.0 mmol/L為空腹血糖損傷(IGF),空腹血糖7.1 mmol/L為糖尿病(DM),TC5.2 mmol/L為高膽固醇血癥,LDL-C3.38 mmol/L為低密度脂蛋白膽固醇增高。    1.3  資料的匯總  資料匯集后,進行匯總分析，統(tǒng)計并比較不同性別、不同年齡組的各項心血管危險因素(高血壓、IGF、糖尿病
