13、在送貨清單上簽字確認(rèn)。如果實(shí)際接收數(shù)量與計(jì)劃不一致,或者有破損物資,必須在送貨清單上注明并第一時(shí)間與項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理溝通。 簽收后發(fā)現(xiàn)物資數(shù)量不對(duì)或有破損,責(zé)任由城市督導(dǎo)或助理督導(dǎo)承擔(dān)。如城市督導(dǎo)或者助理督導(dǎo)無(wú)法接收物資,委托他人代為接收,因明確告之接收注意事項(xiàng),如簽收后發(fā)現(xiàn)物資數(shù)量不對(duì)或有破損,責(zé)任由城市督導(dǎo)或助理督導(dǎo)承擔(dān)。 接收物資后,第一時(shí)間將接收明細(xì)反饋給項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理。 試飲臺(tái)拆包抽查清點(diǎn)。二、門店-物資管理要求: 物資進(jìn)店時(shí),促銷員需在贈(zèng)品發(fā)放及物料損耗清單上注明所有接收的物資明細(xì); 促銷員每天提前15分鐘到店。 每天在下班后必須將促銷物資整理好,放入存放地方; 促銷員在門店內(nèi)工作時(shí),不得主動(dòng)將
