1、八年級下冊unit2 Grammar:Gerunds教學設計 I. Analysis of the teaching contents:In this part, well learn about gerunds as subjects and objects of a sentence. II. Analysis of the students:Most students only know Ving form can be used in the present continous tense. They dont know Ving form can be a gerund as the
2、 subject or object of a sentence.III. Teaching aims:1. Students can have a better understanding of gerunds as subjects or objects of a sentence.2. Students can form a sense of cooperative learning during speaking and learning.3. Students can use gerunds to express what their hobbies are , the studen
3、ts can use gerunds to introduce a person who they like best as well.4. Develop the students learning habit of previewing lessons. Before the class , the students need to finish the exercises about 12 verbs that can follow Ving form and 9 preposition phrases by looking up the dictionary.IV. Teaching
4、focus:Students can have a better understanding of gerunds as subjects or objects of a sentence. They can use gerunds when they talk about their best friends or classmates. They try to remember the verbs that can follow gerunds in their own ways.V. Teaching difficulty:The Teacher should try to find s
5、ome useful ways to help the students understand the use of gerunds. The students can use gerunds in their speaking or writing.VI.
