1、外貿制單與結算實驗實 驗 報 告姓 名班 級學號實驗要求：要求學生能夠熟悉掌握國際貿易進出口單據(jù)的制作，能夠對完成的外貿單證進行審核和修改，最后根據(jù)相關規(guī)定制作合格的單證。實驗目的：1、了解進出口單據(jù)制作要求。 2、了解國外銀行開來的信用證和修改書。 3、學習制作各類進出口單據(jù)。實驗結果與體會：通過制作商業(yè)發(fā)票、海運提單、受益人證明以及收匯核銷單等一系列外貿進出口單據(jù)，我對各種外貿單據(jù)有了一定的熟悉和了解，也掌握了一些只有通過親自操作才能掌握的技能和知識，比較熟練地掌握了外貿單證的制作和審核。在進行一筆外貿業(yè)務時，進出口需要相關單據(jù)，以保障外貿交易的順利進行。這需要了解進出口單據(jù)的制作要求，同

2、時要了解國外銀行的信用證和修改書，對每一筆貿易有關全面的了解，以完成單據(jù)的制作。另外，在信用證中難免會存在諸多的瑕疵與不足，這會影響到交易的正常進行，這需要對信用證進行審核，做出一份合格的信用證。進行對外貿易，細心是很重要的，一個小小的問題，就有可能影響貿易的進行，對公司利益造成損失。在商業(yè)交易中，嚴謹?shù)淖黠L是必不可少的。1.
