1、按照高鋼規(guī)的計(jì)算公式,偏心率確實(shí)只和本層質(zhì)心和剛心間偏心值及本層側(cè)剛與扭剛比值有關(guān)。超限高層建筑工程抗震設(shè)防專項(xiàng)審查技術(shù)要點(diǎn)附錄一表二(不知你說(shuō)的“高參表是否指此表?)中1b項(xiàng)中確實(shí)規(guī)定了“偏心率大于15%或相鄰層質(zhì)心偏差大于15%”為一項(xiàng)不規(guī)則,個(gè)人認(rèn)為并非有誤,只是規(guī)定無(wú)論是扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比超過(guò)1.2還是偏心率超15%都可認(rèn)定為平面扭轉(zhuǎn)不規(guī)則,一個(gè)是從計(jì)算指標(biāo)上衡量,一個(gè)是從平面布置上去衡量,前者只不過(guò)是后者的結(jié)果而已,所以可不重復(fù)計(jì)入超限項(xiàng)。倒是對(duì)“相鄰層質(zhì)心偏差大于15%”與“樓層偏心率大于15%”這兩項(xiàng)參數(shù)定為“或”的并列關(guān)系有些不是很認(rèn)同,個(gè)人認(rèn)為相鄰層質(zhì)心偏差應(yīng)該更接近于大底盤偏置類指

2、標(biāo),用來(lái)定性結(jié)構(gòu)豎向的不規(guī)則可能更為合適,所以不應(yīng)和扭轉(zhuǎn)位移比及偏心率成為并列指標(biāo)。也許是相鄰層質(zhì)心偏差也能夠影響到結(jié)構(gòu)的周期比一類的參數(shù)進(jìn)而加重結(jié)構(gòu)在地震作用下的扭轉(zhuǎn)效應(yīng)?本人水平有限不能做深入研究,所以以上只是個(gè)人看法,不值各位高人一曬。至于“該條是在(鋼規(guī)范中出現(xiàn))是否普通混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)也需要滿足15%的要求”這個(gè)問(wèn)題我可以很負(fù)責(zé)任的回答你混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)也應(yīng)適用。原因很簡(jiǎn)單,因?yàn)槟阋欢犝f(shuō)過(guò)這樣一個(gè)道理“他大舅他二舅都是他舅,高桌子低板凳都是木頭”,所以“鋼結(jié)構(gòu)砼結(jié)構(gòu)都是結(jié)構(gòu)”也就不難理解了。再就是關(guān)于PKPM中結(jié)構(gòu)分析設(shè)計(jì)輸出文件中輸出的偏心率Eex Eey是否就是高鋼規(guī)中樓層偏心率的問(wèn)題,我

3、也可以很明確的告訴你這個(gè) Eex就是偏心率x。公式是這樣的:x=ex*sqrt(側(cè)剛/扭剛),隨便打開一個(gè)模型,本例為:0.1587=(5.11-0.61)*sqrt(2.7374E+08/2.1968E+11),具體可參見下圖。 (58.6 KB, 下載次數(shù): 5) 2014-12-29 17:47 上傳點(diǎn)擊文件名下載附件搜索到2010年9月結(jié)構(gòu)技術(shù)問(wèn)題匯總 中,偏心率計(jì)算公式為Eex=(Xmass-Xstif)/sqrt(Rjz/Rjx)。當(dāng)選擇剪彎剛度和地震剪力算法時(shí),其偏心率使用剪彎剛度計(jì)算。當(dāng)選擇剪切剛度算法時(shí),偏心率采用剪切剛度計(jì)算。注意,地震剪力與層間位移算法中,RJZ=0,未使
