Erection of steel鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的架設(shè)1.1 All steel erection shall occur within an exclusion zone.所有鋼結(jié)構(gòu)的架設(shè)工作都要在區(qū)內(nèi)完成。1.2 Lifting and slinging is to be performed by competent operators, riggers, dogmen who meet local legislature requirements.應(yīng)由有資質(zhì)有能力的進(jìn)行吊裝和懸掛工作。1.3 Only cranes,

4、 plant and rigging equipment that have been maintained as per the manufacturers instructions, been inspected and certified as per all local and Tishman Speyer requirements are to be used.起重機(jī)、機(jī)械裝配要保證符合商的要求，同時(shí)也要經(jīng)過當(dāng)?shù)赜嘘P(guān)部門及鐵獅門的檢查和 認(rèn)證方可使用。1.4 Safe procedures documented in the SWMS are to ensure that lifti

5、ng loads overnel or working below suspended loads is avoided.施工方案中的安全要求需確保不在正在吊運(yùn)的以及處于懸吊狀態(tài)下的物體下工作。1.5 If the need to use a safety harness as primary fall protection cannot be avoided, anchorage and life line systems shall be pre-fabricated and/or installed on the ground prior to lifting OR installed

In such cases as much preparation work as is safe and practical will be carried

10、 out on the ground i.e. sleeves. 14、d i.e. screens, perimeter scaffold)梁的周邊護(hù)欄（除非安裝有其它嚴(yán)格的保護(hù)措施，如腳手架）Life lines to allow 100% tie off at all times生命線始終綁扎可靠3.2Exemption: A rigger may be permitted to access onto steel prior to installation of safety nets andperimeter guard rails ONLY to install the safety net when no other practical safer

17、ection and safety nets are installed.在周邊防護(hù)和安全網(wǎng)安裝完畢后才能進(jìn)行工作。Workers are to remain 100% tied off whenever 2m or closer to the leading edge (this is secondary as the safety net is primary).確保工作地點(diǎn)高于兩米或靠近邊緣的工人須 100%系好安全帶（安全網(wǎng)是首要防護(hù)措施，安全網(wǎng)是次要防護(hù)措施）。Full fixing of sheets must take place as work progresses. Tack

25、ection shall extend a minimum of 1m above the future slab height of the floor being formed. This protection shall remain until the edge protection is installed on the higher deck after casting AND the higher deck canti-lever has been installed.6.3在有扶手作為周邊防護(hù)的混凝土上工作時(shí)，應(yīng)使用與模板或懸梁合為一體的平臺(tái)，這個(gè)平臺(tái)需為木工作業(yè)和延伸作業(yè)面提

Note: Scaffold towers are not permitted to be moved by crane unless the scaffold design and rigging procedure has been checked by competent andexperiencednel in both fields.當(dāng)預(yù)制不可行時(shí)以

When this cannot be reasonably and practicallyachieved systems are to be in place to prevent falls of p

Scaffolds,MEWPs, perimeter screens or jump forms are all acceptable options. Assessment covering all as

34、 netting. The work environment must completely mitigate fall of people and material. Cores樓板9.1 The individual risks associated with any particular method and sequence of core construction must be assessed and the safest method used.樓板架設(shè)過程的及順序需經(jīng)過充分的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)分析，以評(píng)估對(duì)的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)以及需采用的作。9.2 Formwork systems are to be
