1、AGREEMENT FOR CHINESE LANGUAGE TRAINING SERVICESParty A:Work Unit :Address:Telephone:Party B:Person in charge:Address:Telephone:As a professional Chinese training institution, Party B provides Japanese-Chinese, Spain-English, German-English, English-English, Russian-Chinese professional trainings. P

2、arty A voluntarily accepts the training services. Both parties uphold the principles of honesty and fairness. Basing on the mutual consent, they reach the following agreements for Chinese training service.1. PurposesThe purpose of Party A : improving the trainer s Chinese level to meet their needs o

3、f living and working in China.2. Lecturer and teaching contentsLecturer :Telephone:Teaching contents: teaching XX is the backbone of the training. In addition to training indoors, combining with the practical needs of living, lecturers will organize students to practice Chinese in pubs, post offices

4、, banks and other places, which are closely connected with daily life. Combining theory, technology and practice, the lectures will try their best to enable students to enjoy the pleasure of learning Chinese in a pleasant atmosphere and make them melt into the living environment as quickly as possib

5、le.3. Training timeParty B anticipates completing the training task from XX to XX (in case of evection, the time will be extended). The specific teaching time shall be determined by party A and the specified lecturers of Party B. Party A tries to arrange 8 am to 21 pm to attend the training everyday

6、 (except official holidays). The teaching of the rest of the time requires double payments.4. Training placeParty B offers specified training rooms in the institution. Training can also be carried in the place designated by party A . But the designated place shall be controlled within a certain dist

7、ance, once beyond the certain distance, Party A shall undertake the car fare of the lectures.5. Fees and methods of paymentThe training mode of the insititution is classified as one to one and one to two. The One-to-one teaching mode is 1.5 hours each lesson, and 200 RMB per a lesson. One to two ” t

8、eaching model is 1.5 hours each lesson, 300 RMB per a lesson.Party B invoices to Party A, according to the course fees. Party A pays to the lecturer after getting the invoice. The fees shall be settled down every ten times.6. Party B s obligations(1)According to the customers specific circumstances,

9、 Party B provides lecturers with foreign language competence and strong teaching ability, and combining with the fact of students study to train and exam the lectures. Party A arranges the lectures to give full-time teaching aid to students.(2)From the next day of the agreed starting date of the tra

10、ining period, within five days, Party B arranges the first lesson. The first lesson consists two parts: Firstly, Party A mainly communicates with Party B to fully understand the students conditions of study and state. Later, in the regular teaching, let the students be familiar with the teaching met

11、hods and teaching characters of the lectures. According to the first lesson, teaching advice and recommendations will be given by the party A to the lectures, and adjustments to the teaching methods and the details later properly. Party A should report the information to party B in time for the reco

12、rd.(3) If the Party B considers it necessary to replace the teacher, Party B should notify party A within a working day after the first lesson and Party A will send new teachers in time(4) According to Party A s needs, Party B should report the progress of training regularly or at any time.7. Party

13、A s obligations Students of Party A who have an emergency and can not be in class as scheduled, shall inform party B in 6 hours ago to make sure Party B has enough time to make proper arrangements, or students of Party A still need to pay fees as normal.(2) Party A should pay the training fee to Par

14、ty B on time.(3)According to the lecture s real training effect, Party A should fill in the teaching quality assessment carefully every month and every season for Party B supervising the teaching quality. Party A has an obligation to fill in honestly.(4)Party A shall not leak the training materials

15、provided by Party B to third parties in any form.(5) If the training is not completed, but have to be blamed Party A, Party B still should pay the fees.8 .The rights of both parties(1) To the training of Party B, Party A has rights to provide advice and suggestion friendly to the staff of Party B.(2

16、)After the end of the training, if Party A needs to continue to learn, Party A can make an application.(3)In the training process, if either party fails to perform the agreement, the other party has the right to terminate this agreement.9 .Responsibility for infringementBased on principles of equali

17、ty and liability, both parties agree to take the following responsibility for infringement: after signing the agreement, within the validity period of the agreement, the both parties should friendly solve the problems .Neither party shall relieve the agreement arbitrarily. If the contract cannot con

18、tinue to be full filled due to the mistake of either party, the defaulting party shall pay 20,000 RMB for breach of contract.10.Others:(1)The agreement is made into two copies.
