25、動(dòng)機(jī)安裝需達(dá)到的條件Electric motors installation shall meet the following conditions:l 電動(dòng)機(jī)安裝后應(yīng)完好，無(wú)損傷現(xiàn)象且安裝記錄齊全；Electric motors shall be free of damage after installation and the installation records shall be completely prepared;l 盤動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)子應(yīng)靈活，不得有碰卡聲；Rotors shall be flexible and free of noises result from blocking;l

26、 電動(dòng)機(jī)固定牢固，螺栓齊全；Electric motors shall be fixed reliably and bolts shall be complete;l 電動(dòng)機(jī)外殼油漆應(yīng)完整，外殼和接線盒內(nèi)接地連接合格；The oil paintings on external shell of electric motors shall be complete; The grounding connections of external shell and inside junction boxes shall be up to standard.l 電動(dòng)機(jī)按規(guī)范要求進(jìn)行的實(shí)驗(yàn)完成并合格，且實(shí)

28、tric motors shall be away from loaded couplings; 4.2 盤柜回路需達(dá)到的條件Return of cabinets shall meet the following conditions:l 低壓電動(dòng)機(jī)主回路和控制回路的絕緣電阻用500V的兆歐表測(cè)量后應(yīng)大于0.5M；高壓電動(dòng)機(jī)主回路用2500V的兆歐表測(cè)量后在運(yùn)行溫度時(shí)的定子絕緣電阻值應(yīng)不低于每千伏1 M,其控制回路的絕緣電阻用500V的兆歐表測(cè)量后應(yīng)大于0.5M。The insulation resistance between LV motors main return and contro

31、h design;4.3 SCADA系統(tǒng)和INSUM系統(tǒng)需達(dá)到的條件SCADA system and INSUM system shall meet the following conditions:l 本裝置在正常生產(chǎn)后的所有電動(dòng)機(jī)均是由INSUM系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行觀察電動(dòng)機(jī)的運(yùn)行狀態(tài),故該系統(tǒng)所有調(diào)試工作應(yīng)完成且功能應(yīng)和設(shè)計(jì)要求一致。The running status of all electric motors in the complex will be observed by INSUM system when starting normal production; therefore, a

34、n records shall be complete.4.5火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)、消防工程需達(dá)到的條件Fire alarm system and fire fighting work shall meet the following conditions:l 火災(zāi)報(bào)警系統(tǒng)安裝調(diào)試完畢，可投入使用；Fire alarm system installation and debugging are completed and can be put in use;l 消防設(shè)施按設(shè)計(jì)要求布置合理齊全，F(xiàn)ire fighting facilities are complete and aligned in ac

36、調(diào)度電話1部，普通電話1部、對(duì)講機(jī)4對(duì)。Communication both inside and outside of substations shall be well supported. Set an independent and fixed communication facility: One set of telephone for dispatching, one set of telephone for common use, four pairs of interphones4.7其他需達(dá)到的條件Other required conditions:l SCADA系統(tǒng)和IN

37、SUM系統(tǒng)的廠家必須到現(xiàn)場(chǎng)進(jìn)行指導(dǎo)；The representatives from the manufacturers of SCADA and INSUM systems shall be present for field instruction.l 在進(jìn)變電所工作前應(yīng)辦理施工作業(yè)票，作業(yè)人員應(yīng)具有相應(yīng)的合格的上崗證；Prior to working in substation, permission shall be applied. And the personnel shall have correspondent qualification certificate.l 工作前進(jìn)行

Organization structures and work division為確保變電所送電工作和電動(dòng)機(jī)的空載運(yùn)行安全順利進(jìn)行，項(xiàng)目部特成立電動(dòng)機(jī)的空載運(yùn)行工作小組，負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)外協(xié)調(diào)、電動(dòng)機(jī)受電前條件檢查確認(rèn)、辦理工作票、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)指揮、操作監(jiān)護(hù)和故障處理。電動(dòng)機(jī)的空載運(yùn)行工作小組由項(xiàng)目部領(lǐng)導(dǎo)
