Third i s tosolve零星工程及零星用工管理制度1、 目的為加強對零星工程的管理,簡化零星工程管理程序,提高工作效率,結(jié)合公司實際生產(chǎn)情況,特制定本管理制度。2、范圍本制度適應于造價在5 萬元以下自行無法承擔的零星土建修繕、安裝工程,以及生產(chǎn)零星用工項目。3、管理內(nèi)容3.1 零星工程3.1.1、 零星工程由公司統(tǒng)一整體對外發(fā)包,設備檢修部各專業(yè)有零星工程需求時,由專業(yè)負責人填寫零星工程需求申請單(附表1) ,本表一式兩份,一份作為結(jié)算依據(jù),一份由設備檢修部設備管理員處存檔。3.1.2、 零星工程申請單按流程審批合格后,專業(yè)負責人會同零星工程承包單位實地勘察工

12、程量,對工程造價進行預估,并下達零星工程委托單(附表2),本表一式兩份,一份作為結(jié)算依據(jù),一份由設備檢修部設備管理員存檔。3.1.3、 零星工程承包單位在接到零星工程委托單后,按照焦作金冠嘉華電力有限公司外委工程管理規(guī)定開始組織實施,設備檢修部應嚴格按照公司外委工程管理規(guī)定及管理流程做好質(zhì)量監(jiān)督、工程驗收等相關工作。造價費用在10000元以內(nèi)的零星項目,可不編制施工方案、工程竣工報告。eelings survey, by looki ng uppubli cse ntiments tofindpr obl ems. Third i s tosolve3.1.4、 單項零星工程竣工驗收合格后,零星工程承包單位填寫結(jié)算審計表(附表3),連同工程造價定額提交公司審計部,對工程結(jié)算費用進行審計。3.1.5、 零星工程結(jié)算費用以公司審計費用為最終結(jié)算費用。單項工程造

26、價低于5000 的,可不做造價定額,且結(jié)算下浮系數(shù)不超過10%,但應提供報價清單。3.1.6、 零星工程承包單位每月15 日前向設備檢修部申報零星工程結(jié)算,同時提供有關工程資料(發(fā)票、申請單、委托單、施工方案、材料進場簽證單、分項工程質(zhì)量驗收單、竣工報告、工程竣工驗收單、結(jié)算審計表),單項零星工程完工超過三個月未申報結(jié)算的,不予結(jié)算。3.1.7、 設備檢修部應對零星工程承包單位所提供的資料進行核查,確認無誤后,于每月 15 日至 25 日, 按照公司管理流程辦理付款手續(xù)。3.2 零星用工3.2.1、 設備檢修部各專業(yè)有零星用工需求時,由專業(yè)負責人填寫零星用工需求申請單(附表4) ,本表一式兩份

27、,一份作為結(jié)算依據(jù),一份由設備檢修部設備管理員存檔。3.2.2、 零星用工30工時以內(nèi)時,應由部門領導批準,30工時以上時,應經(jīng)部門領導、公司主管領導逐級審批。3.2.3、 零星用工申請單審批合格后,專業(yè)負責人對零星工程承包單位下達零星用工任務。3.2.4、 零星用工完畢,申請專業(yè)負責人應如實填寫零星用工簽證單(附the problem.The pur poseofsupervi sion,toresolve theproblem.
