3、南的目的是：1 對國家標準英文版標準中需要統(tǒng)一的格式進行規(guī)范 2 對國家標準英文版標準中需要統(tǒng)一的語句和用詞進行規(guī)范 3 對與現(xiàn)行GB1.1及ISO/IEC導(dǎo)則要求有出入的老格式標準文本中有必要進行調(diào)整的內(nèi)容進行規(guī)范。 本指南適用于將我國國家標準翻譯成英文文本的標準化中心 二、格式 2.1 等同/修改（等效）采用國際標準的國家標準應(yīng)使用原英文版本，并符合ISO/IEC指南21（1999版）的要求。 2.2 對于非等效采用國際標準的國家標準，在翻譯時應(yīng)盡可能與原英文版本格式保持一致。 2.3 對于非采用國際標準的國家標準，在翻譯時應(yīng)盡可能以相應(yīng)國際標準作為格式參考。2.4 封面和首頁格式見附錄A
