7、am development3人團(tuán)隊(duì) :團(tuán)隊(duì)大小對(duì)團(tuán)隊(duì)運(yùn)作的影響對(duì)于準(zhǔn)確處理問(wèn)題,僅有一個(gè)正確的解決方案時(shí)很有效 需要領(lǐng)導(dǎo)結(jié)構(gòu)、有力的規(guī)那么、正式的組織和檢查結(jié)構(gòu) 6人以下團(tuán)隊(duì) :交流多且有效。便于每位成員表達(dá)思想,分工自然,不會(huì)損害整體利益和目標(biāo)。相互幫助,人員組織相對(duì)自然。 6-12人團(tuán)隊(duì) :12人以上團(tuán)隊(duì): 有相互關(guān)系的規(guī)定,花時(shí)間在糾正有損的行動(dòng)上。內(nèi)部會(huì)形成一些小幫派,小幫派之間可能發(fā)生沖突。容易忽略整體目標(biāo)。需要經(jīng)常糾偏。 團(tuán)隊(duì)成員愿意 共同協(xié)作團(tuán)隊(duì)的自治團(tuán)隊(duì)的自治由以下兩個(gè)因素確定:團(tuán)隊(duì)成員 懂得如何共同協(xié)作 團(tuán)隊(duì)成員知道如何與他們的管理者一起工作,并且,和該領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一起工作他們有動(dòng)
