Withhe district, South Renmin錦江成都人民南路將項(xiàng)目用地劃分為東西兩 塊,南臨錦江。兩個地塊上均已建有酒店及餐飲功能,因此未來的規(guī)劃需考慮現(xiàn)有建筑的存在,特別地塊B, 根據(jù)可用地面積的不同形成3種不同方 案。Road, one of the key elements of urban商務(wù)區(qū)c

10、換。建筑的層次錯落,極具cuto the valley, benches and pavilions感,令人過目不忘,創(chuàng)造出錦江岸邊獨(dú)具特色的都市剪影。It is the majorof the project tocreatehe extraordinary public place with new a compley new feeling for本項(xiàng)目的主要設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo)是用一個鮮明的公共元素將兩個地塊連接起來, 這一元素即建筑景觀的綠谷。綠谷連接所有建筑,南北兩側(cè)的建筑如同連綿的小山,綠谷的地形起伏,在人民南路之上形成天橋,將兩個地塊連接成為一個整體。綠谷延綿起伏,線條柔美,彎曲處延伸為小

11、型廣場,供人們休憩散步。綠谷內(nèi)竹林遍布,綠樹成蔭,點(diǎn)綴以長椅、亭臺,在成都鬧市區(qū)創(chuàng)造出一個靜謐優(yōu)雅的公共空間,給人以全新的空間感受。combine both sites by a strong public element, which is conceived as anspacehe city centre of Chengdu.architectural landsc The Valley.
