D. studies in your distinguished program so that I can
2、be assured a teaching career in my motherland. My education so far is characterized by indisputable excellence. During the four years of my undergraduate studies, my GPA was consistently the highest in my class of 135 students. As you can see from the transcripts of my academic record, I received st
3、raight As for all the courses except for first-year Physical Education. My graduation was rated “Outstanding”, the highest rating possible. An in-depth analysis of the ethical standards of Chinese auditors, the paper was later published in a quality professional journal as a seminal study of a rarel
4、y studied topic in China. As the unquestionably best student in my year, I was accepted into graduate studies by the university without the normally mandatory entrance examinations. In recognition of my academic performance and other strengths, I was decorated with many honors and accolades during m
5、y undergraduate studies. I was elected the monitor of the class and the Vice President of the universitys Student Union, making me the most important female student leader on campus. Among the financial awards I won was the Jiageng Scholarship, the universitys most prestigious award named after its
6、founder Chen Jiageng, one of the best known patriotic Chinese in the first half of this century. The Jiageng scholarship is offered to only ten students each year, and the offer is usually presented to the recipients by the universitys president in person in a grand ceremony, as it was in 1996, when
7、 I got it. In my undergraduate studies, I had broad academic interests, although I majored in accounting. I regularly read academic journals, both Chinese and international, to keep me abreast of the latest developments in accounting and other related fields. I devoted considerable time to learning
8、such subjects as law and economics. My extensive knowledge provided me solid grounding as I narrowed down my research interest to professional ethics of accountants. In a country that has only an inchoate legal regime governing professional practice. Enforcing high ethical standards is both difficul
9、t and critical. But studies have been scant and haphazard so far. I am glad that I have made quite some contribution to the countrys discourse in this area. My undergraduate studies were greatly enriched with a most rewarding internship program. As a CPA assistant working for the Accounting Firm aff
10、iliated to the university, I took part in the auditing of several major corporations. In the process, I learned not only to put my book knowledge in practice but also acquired first-hand knowledge of how Chinese accountants, operating under inadequate laws and regulations, handled difficult issues.
11、Such knowledge has constituted an important part of the basis for my research on the ethical questions of Chinese accountants and auditors. In my graduate studies, I have broadened my intellectual horizon and refined my accounting expertise. The courses I took related to both theories and methodolog
12、ies of accounting and auditing. But the more significant part of my learning is to be found perhaps not in the courses but in the research projects that I have taken part in together with my professors. I have, for example, helped my professors in compiling and editing a major textbook for the conti
13、nuing education program of the ALL-China Association of Certified Accountants. The book, Cases of Auditing, has just been published and is expected to substantiate the curriculum of the continuing education program. In my Ph. D. studies, I wish to focus my studies and research on auditing, particula
14、rly in relation to audit risk, auditors decision-making, ethics of auditing. I am also interested in accounting theories. I heard of Penn State University while I was still an undergraduate student, and I know that its accounting program is marked by selectivity and excellence. I hope that, by study
15、ing in your program, I will be able to build on my academic record so far for a promising career as a teacher in China a few years down the road. 16、可以開在任何地方,例如大城市,也可能在大學(xué)城或鄉(xiāng)下。 不同的地點(diǎn)有不同地點(diǎn)的優(yōu)劣,不過對(duì)于不同的藝術(shù)類專業(yè)也有區(qū)別。大城市常常是世界藝術(shù)的中心,不光是教育資源還囊括藝術(shù)氛圍。 而一些偏研究和獨(dú)力動(dòng)手性的藝術(shù)類專業(yè)大學(xué)城也是個(gè)不錯(cuò)的選擇,這里學(xué)術(shù)氣息較濃,生活安逸、舒適,更有利于藝術(shù)創(chuàng)作。 并不是大城市都會(huì)帶來好處,比如高消費(fèi),安全和外在因素對(duì)學(xué)習(xí)的干擾也都要考慮到未來的學(xué)習(xí)計(jì)劃中,以便做出適當(dāng)?shù)倪x校決定。 3、設(shè)備 學(xué)校的設(shè)備一定要滿足藝術(shù)類專業(yè)學(xué)生的藝術(shù)實(shí)踐需要,且設(shè)備應(yīng)當(dāng)是當(dāng)下行業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的裝備??梢酝ㄟ^官方網(wǎng)站、學(xué)生反饋、學(xué)校的Opening day了解學(xué)校的設(shè)備情況,例如各種工作室,電腦硬
17、件和設(shè)計(jì)軟件的版本是否; 對(duì)于需要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造的專業(yè),學(xué)校是否提供獨(dú)力或較大的工作室以便學(xué)生進(jìn)行藝術(shù)相關(guān)創(chuàng)造;學(xué)校是否有展覽,展示,表演,演出,放映等空間和場(chǎng)合,以便學(xué)生作品能按時(shí)的曝光。 4、專業(yè)課程設(shè)置 不同的學(xué)校在相同專業(yè)的課程設(shè)置可能會(huì)有不同,不同的學(xué)校會(huì)有不同的專業(yè)傾向性,例如有些學(xué)校的某專業(yè)會(huì)偏向藝術(shù)領(lǐng)域,而在另外的學(xué)??赡軙?huì)往商業(yè)靠攏。 即便同一方向的專業(yè)因?qū)W校老師和學(xué)生的因素,并不一定能滿足任何學(xué)生對(duì)于專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)的需求,所以提前了解和掌握學(xué)校專業(yè)方向,課程設(shè)置,學(xué)術(shù)體系建設(shè)方法,所學(xué)課程具體內(nèi)容都對(duì)選擇學(xué)校有很大的意義。 關(guān)于專業(yè)設(shè)置和課程內(nèi)容均可在學(xué)校的官方網(wǎng)站上查詢。 5、就業(yè)支持 某些大學(xué)會(huì)為學(xué)生提供完善的就業(yè)指導(dǎo)和支持,囊括開設(shè)就業(yè)中心,為學(xué)生提供實(shí)習(xí)和工作機(jī)會(huì),其次學(xué)校會(huì)不定期的舉辦招聘會(huì),邀請(qǐng)專業(yè)領(lǐng)域的公司來學(xué)校進(jìn)行招聘面試。 選擇出國留學(xué)需要什么條件 【解答】1.學(xué)歷 高中留學(xué)需要提供初中畢業(yè)證明,本科留學(xué)需要遞交高中畢業(yè)證書,研究生留學(xué)需要提交本科畢業(yè)學(xué)位證書。這是每個(gè)國家留學(xué)必須條件之一,不符合條件的學(xué)生,不具備申請(qǐng)資格。 2.學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī) 學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī),即上一個(gè)教育階段的
