1、Unit3 Fashion Reading教案章節(jié)分析（Reading section ）（一）綜述本章節(jié)是關(guān)于“時尚”話題的學(xué)生演講。由于演講是出自學(xué)生自己觀察和經(jīng)歷的角度，并且“時尚”這一話題又從某種程度上貼近學(xué)生生活，因此學(xué)生對此話題應(yīng)是比較敏感和熟悉的。教師可充分利用學(xué)生的興趣，與課文內(nèi)容相結(jié)合進行教學(xué)。本課兩個任務(wù)：學(xué)生通過對課文的學(xué)習(xí)，掌握一些核心詞匯，例如：illustrate, afford, keen, appreciate, waste, remind, effect, award等。通過學(xué)習(xí)課文和拓展閱讀，使學(xué)生對時尚有正確的理解，能夠理智地區(qū)分時尚與盲目追求時尚的區(qū)別，

4、igns）教學(xué)內(nèi)容教學(xué)實施建議教學(xué)資源參考Pre-reading 在這一階段,教師可通過以下步驟達到引入“時尚”這一話題的目的。學(xué)生通過觀察課文P18上圖片, 完成 “What do you know about?” 回答相關(guān)問題。學(xué)生分組討論：列舉目前中國在學(xué)生、婦女和男士中流行的東西。具體提問的問題見教案鏈接1 牛津英語教學(xué)參考S2AWhile-reading 在此過程中，要求學(xué)生準確把握Debbie的演講所傳遞的關(guān)鍵信息，并且能跟隨Debbie的思路分析她論述觀點的論據(jù)和方法。在整體理解內(nèi)容的基礎(chǔ)上掌握課文中出現(xiàn)的重點詞匯。通過課文P19上的兩幅圖片和Skimming使學(xué)生獲得本文的體裁

5、，主題，人物等信息。建議將Scanning部分的練習(xí)分為兩步：第一步采用課文P19練習(xí)，讓學(xué)生找到Debbie在演講中所提及的五個物品及其主人；第二步要求學(xué)生通過再次瀏覽全文得出一個初步的結(jié)論Debbie列舉五個物品的目的分別什么，即，她要以此五個物品說明什么觀點。Further understanding: 在下一環(huán)節(jié)中， 要求學(xué)生針對之前得出的結(jié)論（Debbie演講中表達的五個想法）找到支持這些結(jié)論的關(guān)鍵詞、詞組和句子。這一設(shè)計幫助學(xué)生回顧課文主要內(nèi)容，在此基礎(chǔ)上 1）使學(xué)生熟悉本課的關(guān)鍵詞、詞組和句子；2）使學(xué)生了解argument與supporting ideas的關(guān)系。雖然本課的Wr

6、iting部分是寫記敘文，但這對他們將來寫議論文將會有指導(dǎo)意義。Consolidation and conclusion: 1) 學(xué)生在理解全文基礎(chǔ)上分組討論：生活中對時尚不可或缺、不是太看重以及完全不看重的分別是哪類人群？ 2）指導(dǎo)學(xué)生完成課文后的Scanning部分的其他練習(xí)。Post-reading 針對課文最后 “Fashion is not the most important thing in life.”這一觀點，推薦學(xué)生課外閱讀補充材料（Wise Advice from Mother Teresa和Audrey Hepburns beauty tips）安排學(xué)生討論： Moth
