18、mits 1. 引言 SOM 及深圳方佳建筑設(shè)計(jì)有限公司受甲方深圳市廣海投資有限公司委任為漢國(guó)城市商業(yè)中心提供設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)。SOM 將負(fù)責(zé)主塔樓、裙房及地下室的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)至初步設(shè)計(jì)階段。方佳為國(guó)內(nèi)設(shè)計(jì)單位,在初步設(shè)計(jì)階段提供咨詢服務(wù),在初步設(shè)計(jì)完成后負(fù)責(zé)施工圖設(shè)計(jì)。方佳在初步設(shè)計(jì)階段將完成人防部分的設(shè)計(jì)。 廣州容柏生建筑工程設(shè)計(jì)事務(wù)所(RBS)受業(yè)主委托做為設(shè)計(jì)咨詢方,將在設(shè)計(jì)及施工過(guò)程中提供咨詢意見(jiàn),并且負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行彈塑性動(dòng)力時(shí)程分析。 1.1 項(xiàng)目概況 漢國(guó)城市商業(yè)中心項(xiàng)目位于深圳市福田區(qū)深南路與福明路交叉路口,為一座超高層綜合樓,地上共 75層(包括避難層及夾層),地下五層,主樓主要結(jié)構(gòu)屋頂
19、高 311.9米,頂部另有裝飾性桁架結(jié)構(gòu),其頂部高 329.4 米。地下室做為商場(chǎng)、停車以及機(jī)電設(shè)備用房,其中地下 5 層局部區(qū)域設(shè)置戰(zhàn)時(shí)人防地下室。裙房為 6層,屋頂高 30米,結(jié)構(gòu)與塔樓連為一體。 1.2 報(bào)告簡(jiǎn)介 本報(bào)告包含了結(jié)構(gòu)初步設(shè)計(jì)與計(jì)算的依據(jù)、主要假定、設(shè)計(jì)方法以及主要結(jié)果。由于本項(xiàng)目屬于超限高層建筑結(jié)構(gòu),報(bào)告中提出了超限應(yīng)對(duì)措施,并且針對(duì)若干結(jié)構(gòu)問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了專項(xiàng)分析。 結(jié)構(gòu)初步設(shè)計(jì)初期中,邀請(qǐng)了一些結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)專家對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)體系進(jìn)行了討論,并提出了一些意見(jiàn)。在設(shè)計(jì)深入中根據(jù)這些意見(jiàn)對(duì)結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)進(jìn)行了相應(yīng)的調(diào)整,詳見(jiàn)第 6.2節(jié)以及第 9節(jié)。 1. INTRODUCTION Skidmore
20、, Owings & Merrill LLP SOM and Shenzhen Fangjia Architectural Design Co., Ltd. Fangjia were appointed by Guanghai Investment to design the Hon Kwok City Commercial Center. SOM will be responsible for the design of the main tower, the podium and basement to Development Design DD stage. Fangjia will a
21、ct as the China Local Design Institution, before and during the DD stage to provide advice on design and responsible for the construction drawings design stage after DD. During the DD stage, Fangjia will also be responsible for the design of bomb shelter area in the basementGuangdong RBS Architectur
22、al Engineering Design Associates RBS is appointed by Client as the design consultant for this project. They will provide consultancy service during the design and construction of the project, and is responsible for the elasto-plastic time-history analysis of the structure1.1 Outline of the Project T
23、he Hon Kwok City Commercial Center is located in the Futian District, at the crossing of ShenNanAvenue and FuMing Road. It is a super-high-rise complex with 75 stories including refuge floors and mezzanines above grade and 5 stories below grade. The height of the structure at the main structural 1.2
24、 Contents of the Report roof is 311.9m, with decorative roof trusses reaching 324.9m. The basement serves as retail, garage and mechanical rooms, with part of the B5 level as a bomb shelter for war time. There is a 6-story podium, This report includes the basis, main assumptions, design methods and
25、key results of the Structural which is 30m tall and structurally connected to the main TowerDesign Development. Relevant structural measures in response to the code exceeding aspects are proposed, and results of studies on several structural issues are presentedAt the early stage of the design, a gr
26、oup of eminent structural experts were invited for a discussion on the structural system for this building.
