3、 no later than November 12 to ensure that no PRESENT flight plans are in the system on November 15th.Test Opportunities The FAA is planning three types of test capabilities for flight plan filers:Email flight plans to us. We will evaluate them and reply with the results.We are working to set up syst

4、ems at our Technical Center and make them available in set time periods.We have to solve some connectivity issuesWe will define periods of limited operations, after July 1st, where flight plans can be submitted to specific centers. Test OpportunitiesThe details on how to sign up for testing will be

5、provided on the 2012 web site.Additionally, we are working to publish examples of valid and invalid flight plans.Test Opportunities with Eurocontrol IFPSEurocontrol has updated their internet-accessible IFPS test facility to handle 2012 format flight plansThey have also changed the order of validati

6、on so that Fields 10 and 18 are evaluated before the route.Therefore, you dont need a valid European route to test a 2012 compliant flight planIf you get a route error (or errors), it means Fields 10 and 18 are considered validThe tool will automatically detect whether the flight plan is in NEW or P

7、RESENT formatIf both formats appear, an error will be generatedThe errors provided are informative and it will typically be easy to diagnose errorsIFPUV Test FacilityThe test capability is located in the CFMU Portal, at /PUBPORTAL/gateway/spec/index.html Note, IFPUV does not support some common brow

8、ser versions. If the IFPUV window does not appear on the right lower side of the portal page then implement “compatibility mode” in your browser settingsNote that IFPS, like most ANSP systems, will not enforce Field 18 orderLatest Guidance regarding the changeThe European and Asia-Pacific 2012 task
