For example, under French law, the principle of consensualism(協(xié)商一致) implies that a contract is concluded when a party demonstrates the existence of a meeting of minds, wi

Comparison of the two forms revealed the difference as to “new bags” On June 27, buyer cancelled the order on the ground that the seller had not accepted his offe
