1、預(yù)處理塔應(yīng)力分析及疲勞分析報(bào)告編制:校對(duì):審核:全國(guó)壓力容器標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化技術(shù)委員會(huì)一九九八年九月一、載荷分析1.用戶數(shù)據(jù)根據(jù)XX設(shè)計(jì)院所提供的設(shè)計(jì)圖,計(jì)算基礎(chǔ)數(shù)據(jù)如下:工作壓力-0.070.65MPa設(shè)計(jì)壓力0.85MPa工作溫度40150 C設(shè)計(jì)溫度170 C筒體材料16MnR封頭材料16MnR筒體開口鍛件16Mn (鍛)腐蝕裕量C2=2mm預(yù)處理塔容器的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)見附圖1:計(jì)算條件(1)強(qiáng)度計(jì)算條件:計(jì)算溫度170C計(jì)算壓力0.85 MPa材料在計(jì)算溫度下的常數(shù):筒體及封頭16MnRS t=176MPa mEt=1.98X 105 MPa筒體開口鍛件16MnS t=150MPa mEt=1.98X
2、 105 MPa材料在常溫(20C)下的常數(shù):Sm=188 MPaE=2.06X105 MPa注1:設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)力強(qiáng)度及彈性模量按JB4732-95(2)疲勞計(jì)算條件:設(shè)計(jì)壽命15年操作次數(shù)2500次/年總循環(huán)數(shù)15 x2500=37500 次載荷與時(shí)間的關(guān)系示意如下:P=0.65MPa壓力時(shí)間P=-0.07MPa二、結(jié)構(gòu)分析根據(jù)預(yù)處理塔的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),應(yīng)進(jìn)行上封頭、下封頭及筒體開 孔三部分的應(yīng)力分析,分別建立力學(xué)模型如下:1.上封頭部分:(1)力學(xué)模型根據(jù)上封頭的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和載荷特性,采用了軸對(duì)稱的力學(xué)模型。AIJSYS 5.4SEP 11 199809:05:48ELEMENTSUPRESS_ S77

4、1)力學(xué)模型根據(jù)下封頭的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)和載荷特性,采用了軸對(duì)稱的力學(xué)模型。圖2:預(yù)處理塔下封頭力學(xué)模型(2)邊界條件預(yù)處理塔下封頭邊界條件的位置和方向如圖2所示。位移邊界條件:裙座根部:AY=0力邊界條件:殼體內(nèi)壓P=0.85MPa。中心接管處的邊界等效壓力P=8.93MPa,托架處(殼內(nèi)物料重)的邊界等效壓力P=1.54MPa,筒體直邊端處的邊界等效壓力P=2.72MPa,(3)單元選擇采用ANSYS 5.4有限元分析軟件提供的軸對(duì)稱8節(jié)點(diǎn)等參元 (82)進(jìn)行網(wǎng)格劃分(如圖2)。3.筒體開孔部分:力學(xué)模型根據(jù)筒體的結(jié)構(gòu)特性和載荷特性,力學(xué)模型關(guān)于XOZ平面近似 對(duì)稱(無(wú)開孔部分為應(yīng)力均勻區(qū)),關(guān)于

11、MPa圖9:筒體開孔部分分析點(diǎn)路徑該容器強(qiáng)度校核合格。五、疲勞強(qiáng)度評(píng)論對(duì)應(yīng)力最大位置進(jìn)行疲勞分析,分析結(jié)果見附錄7、附錄8和附 錄9分析結(jié)果表明:預(yù)處理塔上封頭部分積累使用系數(shù)=0.00261 1.0預(yù)處理塔下封頭部分積累使用系數(shù)=0.00683 1.0預(yù)處理塔筒體開孔部分積累使用系數(shù)=0.11123 1.0疲勞校核合格。六、結(jié)論所有A、B類焊縫需100%無(wú)損檢測(cè),合格標(biāo)準(zhǔn)按JB4732-95 的規(guī)定。鍛件和封頭、鍛件和筒體小園弧加工完成后,需進(jìn)行表面磁 粉檢測(cè)。封頭接管、筒體接管處過(guò)渡園弧半徑至少為5mm。所有對(duì)接焊縫需打磨至與母材平齊。本設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)、制造均按JB4732-95標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行。在達(dá)
