國(guó)際聾人節(jié)主題課件

1、國(guó)際聾節(jié)人世界聾人聯(lián)合會(huì)（THE WORLD FEDERATION OF THE DEAF）成立于1951年，是國(guó)際性非政府組織。其宗旨是造福于世界聾人，捍衛(wèi)聾人的權(quán)利，幫助聾人康復(fù)。該會(huì)總部設(shè)在意大利羅馬，每四年舉行一次大會(huì)。中國(guó)盲聾人協(xié)會(huì)為其正式會(huì)員。能部門(mén)本著切實(shí)提高流動(dòng)人口的生存、生活質(zhì)量。認(rèn)真落實(shí)其子女接受義務(wù)教育的政策，在入學(xué)條件等各方面與當(dāng)?shù)貙W(xué)生同等對(duì)待。切實(shí)強(qiáng)化計(jì)劃生育服務(wù)，對(duì)外來(lái)婦女實(shí)行了與本區(qū)婦女“同管理、同服務(wù)、同享受”的計(jì)劃生育服務(wù)措施，保障實(shí)行計(jì)劃生育的育齡夫婦享受?chē)?guó)家規(guī)定的免費(fèi)計(jì)生服務(wù)。開(kāi)展了流動(dòng)人口勞動(dòng)保障權(quán)益保護(hù)檢查活動(dòng)和外來(lái)務(wù)工人員工資支付執(zhí)法檢查。使我區(qū)流動(dòng)

2、人口的歸屬感進(jìn)一步增強(qiáng)。 （四）完善管理措施，嚴(yán)格依法管理 為加強(qiáng)對(duì)流動(dòng)人口管理，我區(qū)各部門(mén)充分發(fā)揮職能作用，建章立制，協(xié)調(diào)配合，使我區(qū)對(duì)流動(dòng)人口的管理進(jìn)一步規(guī)范化、法治化。 一是嚴(yán)格落實(shí)流動(dòng)人口登記、辦證制度。我區(qū)公安機(jī)關(guān)對(duì)流動(dòng)人口實(shí)行登記分類(lèi)管理、建檔，確保做到“四知”， 在各村隊(duì)，均建立了流動(dòng)人口登記冊(cè)，實(shí)行一人一卡，真正做到了“人來(lái)有登記，人走有注銷(xiāo)”，全年共登記流動(dòng)人員人。 二是強(qiáng)化出租房管理。流動(dòng)人口落腳點(diǎn)管控，是流動(dòng)人口管理工作的切入點(diǎn)和突破口。從暫住人口選擇的暫住處所看，租賃房屋居住是主要形式，因此，我區(qū)以此為切入口，狠抓了對(duì)出租房屋的管理，在區(qū)公安局的組織領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，各基層派出所

3、（警務(wù)區(qū)）認(rèn)真貫徹公安部出租房屋治安管理規(guī)定，切實(shí)加強(qiáng)對(duì)出租房屋的管理力度，建立了登記、安全檢查等管理措施，做到對(duì)出租房屋底數(shù)清、情況明，完善和規(guī)范了出租房屋的檔案，并與房主簽訂了治安責(zé)任書(shū)和保證書(shū)。全年共登記辦理出租房屋間，簽訂治安責(zé)任書(shū)份，取締非法第一部分Suitable for all categories business and personal presentationSuitable for all categories business and personal presentationSuitable for all categories business and perso
