國際聾人節(jié)主題課件

1、國際聾節(jié)人世界聾人聯(lián)合會（THE WORLD FEDERATION OF THE DEAF）成立于1951年，是國際性非政府組織。其宗旨是造福于世界聾人，捍衛(wèi)聾人的權利，幫助聾人康復。該會總部設在意大利羅馬，每四年舉行一次大會。中國盲聾人協(xié)會為其正式會員。能部門本著切實提高流動人口的生存、生活質(zhì)量。認真落實其子女接受義務教育的政策，在入學條件等各方面與當?shù)貙W生同等對待。切實強化計劃生育服務，對外來婦女實行了與本區(qū)婦女“同管理、同服務、同享受”的計劃生育服務措施，保障實行計劃生育的育齡夫婦享受國家規(guī)定的免費計生服務。開展了流動人口勞動保障權益保護檢查活動和外來務工人員工資支付執(zhí)法檢查。使我區(qū)流動

2、人口的歸屬感進一步增強。 （四）完善管理措施，嚴格依法管理 為加強對流動人口管理，我區(qū)各部門充分發(fā)揮職能作用，建章立制，協(xié)調(diào)配合，使我區(qū)對流動人口的管理進一步規(guī)范化、法治化。 一是嚴格落實流動人口登記、辦證制度。我區(qū)公安機關對流動人口實行登記分類管理、建檔，確保做到“四知”， 在各村隊，均建立了流動人口登記冊，實行一人一卡，真正做到了“人來有登記，人走有注銷”，全年共登記流動人員人。 二是強化出租房管理。流動人口落腳點管控，是流動人口管理工作的切入點和突破口。從暫住人口選擇的暫住處所看，租賃房屋居住是主要形式，因此，我區(qū)以此為切入口，狠抓了對出租房屋的管理，在區(qū)公安局的組織領導下，各基層派出所

3、（警務區(qū)）認真貫徹公安部出租房屋治安管理規(guī)定，切實加強對出租房屋的管理力度，建立了登記、安全檢查等管理措施，做到對出租房屋底數(shù)清、情況明，完善和規(guī)范了出租房屋的檔案，并與房主簽訂了治安責任書和保證書。全年共登記辦理出租房屋間，簽訂治安責任書份，取締非法第一部分Suitable for all categories business and personal presentationSuitable for all categories business and personal presentationSuitable for all categories business and perso
