57、尖創(chuàng)新型、工程型、復(fù)合型等多樣化的人才培養(yǎng)目標(biāo),設(shè)立人才培養(yǎng)模式創(chuàng)新實(shí)驗(yàn)區(qū),把職業(yè)環(huán)境引入教育環(huán)境,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新能力,增強(qiáng)就業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。2007年開(kāi)場(chǎng)實(shí)施大學(xué)生創(chuàng)新性實(shí)驗(yàn)方案。教學(xué)實(shí)驗(yàn)室通過(guò)實(shí)驗(yàn)容、實(shí)踐容、科研訓(xùn)練、能力培養(yǎng)、學(xué)科競(jìng)賽等模式向?qū)W生全面開(kāi)放,每年受益學(xué)生千余人次。 二是積極落實(shí)彩虹助力就業(yè)困難群體幫扶方案,采取摸查登記、專(zhuān)項(xiàng)訓(xùn)練、全面輔導(dǎo)、個(gè)體咨詢(xún)、專(zhuān)項(xiàng)資助、特殊推薦等六項(xiàng)措施幫扶就業(yè)困難學(xué)生就業(yè)。對(duì)于家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難的學(xué)生,設(shè)立專(zhuān)項(xiàng)資金,資助求職費(fèi)用;對(duì)于交流與協(xié)作能力較弱的學(xué)生,組織參加素質(zhì)拓展、職業(yè)能力訓(xùn)練營(yíng)等活動(dòng);對(duì)于實(shí)踐動(dòng)手能力較差的學(xué)生,加強(qiáng)實(shí)驗(yàn)室教學(xué)和實(shí)習(xí)環(huán)節(jié),強(qiáng)化
58、專(zhuān)業(yè)操作能力訓(xùn)練;對(duì)于學(xué)習(xí)綜合排名后10%的學(xué)生,加強(qiáng)班主任、導(dǎo)師督導(dǎo)工作,幫助順利完成學(xué)業(yè)。2009屆共有家庭經(jīng)濟(jì)困難畢業(yè)生930人,917人落實(shí)就業(yè),就業(yè)率98.60%;登記零就業(yè)家庭畢業(yè)生8人,殘疾畢業(yè)生2人,來(lái)自地震災(zāi)區(qū)的41人,均全部落實(shí)就業(yè)。特殊群體就業(yè)比率高于學(xué)校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)總體水平。 三是采取校與校外、專(zhuān)業(yè)與工程、資金與政策三個(gè)結(jié)合,以大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)指導(dǎo)中心、 青年就業(yè)創(chuàng)業(yè)見(jiàn)習(xí)基地和 交通大學(xué)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)園的建立為契機(jī),增強(qiáng)學(xué)生創(chuàng)新能力和創(chuàng)業(yè)意識(shí)的培育。通過(guò)創(chuàng)業(yè)意識(shí)培養(yǎng)、創(chuàng)業(yè)方案評(píng)估和創(chuàng)業(yè)工程扶持,鼓勵(lì)學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)。2008年9月制定交通大學(xué)促進(jìn)大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)工作暫行方法;2009年4
59、月,最先與市工商管理局海淀分局共建了大學(xué)生自主創(chuàng)業(yè)指導(dǎo)中心;5月成功舉辦了交通大學(xué)首屆大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)工程選拔大賽,28名2009屆畢業(yè)生申報(bào)了18個(gè)創(chuàng)業(yè)工程;10月正式成立大學(xué)生創(chuàng)業(yè)園,幫助工程成熟的畢業(yè)生成立自己的企業(yè),在資金和場(chǎng)地等方面給予支持。目前已有在創(chuàng)業(yè)大賽中脫穎而出的5家學(xué)生企業(yè)入駐創(chuàng)業(yè)園。 四是以一網(wǎng)兩平臺(tái)三系統(tǒng)為載體,建立交互式數(shù)字化多媒體就業(yè)信息效勞體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)就業(yè)信息全天候、無(wú)縫隙、高效率傳播,不斷提升畢業(yè)生就業(yè)工作信息化建立質(zhì)量和水平。把網(wǎng)絡(luò)、手機(jī)、多媒體等信息手段融入就業(yè)效勞的各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié),不斷豐富完善自主開(kāi)發(fā)的就業(yè)資訊網(wǎng),推進(jìn)簽約管理系統(tǒng)、企業(yè)信息查詢(xún)系統(tǒng)、就業(yè)指導(dǎo)效勞系統(tǒng)的建
