1、主要統(tǒng)計指標解釋公路里程 指在一定時期內(nèi)實際達到公路工程WTBZ技術標準JTJ01-88規(guī)定的等級公路,并經(jīng)公路主管部門正式驗收交付使用的公路里程數(shù)。包括大中城市的郊區(qū)公路以及通過小城鎮(zhèn)街道部分的公路里程和橋梁、渡口的長度,不包括大中城市的街道、廠礦、林區(qū)生產(chǎn)用道和農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)用道的里程。兩條或多條公路共同經(jīng)由同一路段,只計算一次,不得重復計算里程長度。它是反映公路建設發(fā)展規(guī)模的重要指標,也是計算網(wǎng)密度等指標的基礎資料。貨(客)運量指在一定時期內(nèi),各種工具實際運送的貨物(旅客)數(shù)量。它是反映業(yè)為國民經(jīng)濟和人民生活服務的數(shù)量指標,也是制定和檢查生產(chǎn)計劃、研究發(fā)展規(guī)模和速度的重要指標。貨運按噸計算,客
2、運按人計算。貨物不論距離長短、貨物類別,均按實際重量統(tǒng)計。旅客不論行程遠近或票價多少,均按一人一次客運量統(tǒng)計; 半價票、小孩票也按一人統(tǒng)計。貨物(旅客)周轉量指在一定時期內(nèi),由各種工具運送的貨物(旅客)數(shù)量與其相應距離的乘積之總和。它是反映業(yè)生產(chǎn)總成果的重要指標,也是編制和檢查生產(chǎn)計劃,計算效率、勞動生產(chǎn)率以及核算成本的主要基礎資料。計算貨物周轉量通常按發(fā)出站與到達站之間的最短距離,也就是計費距離計算。計算公式為:貨物(旅客)周轉量貨物(旅客)量距離民用汽車擁有量 指期末,在交通管理部門按照機動車登記工作規(guī)范,已登記領有民用車輛牌照的全部汽車數(shù)量。汽車擁有量統(tǒng)計的主要分類:根據(jù)汽車結構分為載客
3、汽車、載貨汽車以及其他汽車;根據(jù)汽車所有者的不同分為個人(私人)汽車、汽車;根據(jù)汽車的使用性質分為營運汽車、非營運汽車和特種汽車;根據(jù)汽車大小規(guī)格不同載客汽車分為大型、中型、小型和微型,載客汽車分為重型、中型、輕型和微型。郵電業(yè)務總量 指以價值量形式表現(xiàn)的郵電通信企業(yè)為社會提供各類郵電通信服務的總數(shù)量。郵電業(yè)務量按專業(yè)分類包括函件、包件、匯票、報刊、郵政快件、特快專遞、郵政儲蓄、集郵、公眾電報、用戶電報、傳真、長途、出租電路、無線尋呼、移動、分組交換數(shù)據(jù)通信、出租等。計算方法為各類產(chǎn)品乘以相應的平均單價(不變價)之和,再加上出租電路和設備、代用戶交換機和線路等的服務收入。它綜合反映了一定時期郵
4、電業(yè)務發(fā)展的總成果,是研究郵電業(yè)務量和發(fā)展趨勢的重要指標。計算公式為:郵電業(yè)務總量(各類郵電業(yè)務量不變單價)+ 出租及其他業(yè)務收入移動用戶 是指通過移動交換機進入移動網(wǎng)、占用移動號碼的用戶。用戶數(shù)量以期末在移動營業(yè)部門實際辦理登記手續(xù)進入移動網(wǎng)的戶數(shù)進行計算,一部移動統(tǒng)計為一戶。本地用戶 指接入本地電信運營商固定網(wǎng)上的用戶。包括:住宅用戶、用戶、公用用戶等。按電話用戶位置又分為市內(nèi)用戶和農(nóng)村用戶。1997年以前,“市內(nèi)用戶”是指接入縣城及縣以上城市的網(wǎng)上的縣、鄉(xiāng)(鎮(zhèn))、用戶”,用戶;“農(nóng)村用戶”是指接入縣郵電局農(nóng)話臺及縣以下農(nóng)村交換點,以縣城為中心(除市話用戶外)行政村、村民小組的用戶。從19
5、97年起,用戶數(shù)分組調整為以用戶所在區(qū)域劃分為“城市用戶”和“鄉(xiāng)村與過去的按市內(nèi)和農(nóng)村劃分方法不同。而用戶總數(shù)、機總部數(shù)統(tǒng)計范圍不變。城市用戶指直轄市、省轄市、地級市、縣級市的市區(qū)、市郊區(qū)及縣城(包括縣人民所在地的縣城關區(qū)或行政建制相當于縣人民等接入局用交換機的所在地的鎮(zhèn))范圍內(nèi)接入局用交換機的用戶數(shù)。用戶數(shù),包括分布在農(nóng)村地區(qū)的獨立工礦區(qū)、林區(qū)、駐軍鄉(xiāng)村住宅用戶 指縣城關區(qū)以下的集鎮(zhèn)和農(nóng)村接入局用交換機的用戶 是指安裝在居民住宅或農(nóng)民家里并按照住宅用戶數(shù)。用戶登記和的用戶。包括私人、和按規(guī)定免費安裝的住宅用戶。Explanatory Notes on Main Sistical Indica
